I knew exactly what I wanted to use for a frame but the guy seemed to know better. I wanted a sleek frame and he wanted a big chunky 4 inch frame for 2 12×16 prints. He was arrogant beyond belief and he really didn’t care if he sold us any frames We wouldn’t go back there again if he gave us the frames.

Had an «emergency» framing project for a Anniversary gift. The photo I ordered on line arrived later then expected so I needed to get it framed and ready to give as a gift THAT EVENING. OH NO… I had a good experience with Hall of Frames previously, so I made a return visit. They exceeded my expectations, WOW… Most of their standard size frames are made from their custom styles not cookie cutter boring frames like they have at Michaels and Hobby Lobby. I found a «One of a Kind» frame that worked perfectly with my photo and picked out a couple of mats. Went to get some lunch, and within an hour I returned to pick up my finished matted and framed gift. GREAT Service and Wonderful shopping experience.
