Gymboree Store

Horrible experience today at Gymboree in the Chandler mall. Will never shop again at this store. The customer service representative SAM was rude and talked on the phone during most of my shopping experience. I had issues using the Internet site this morning and went all the way to the store to finish my shopping. I had a coupon and a coupon code to use. After having issues opening the coupon on my phone, Sam suggested I go out of the store and try again as my phone could have poor reception in the store. I did this and came back in only to wait in line again. After all that, she told me I could not use the coupon because I did not have it printed. Why the heck did she ask me to go out of the store to pull it up then?
Very disappointing. I explained this was my last day to get gym bucks and I would like to speak to a manager. She stated no manager was available. How can a retail store open 7 days a week have no manager available for issues as these?
With that being said, I will never shop here again. Sam was beyond rude.

All Gymboree stores look relatively alike and carry the same merchandise, but I like that. I know what I will find here and where I will find it.
Gymboree, although it has become somewhat of a pop culture «joke,» still has some of the best baby and kids clothes around. They’re colorful, durable, and soft to the touch (which is über-​important in my book).
I also like the cheap-​ie toys and acessories near the checkout. My teenage son still has an inflatable beach ball from here!
