I was trying to send a package to Vietnam on behalf of my wife(she is Vietnamese). The way the attendant behaved was perhaps typical in the developing world: 1) They post on the front window that they accept Visa and MasterCard. Upon further inquiry I find they are not setup for either, and they only deal with cash. Please remove the sticker from the window if you do not deal with credit cards. Also, do not claim you have this in your marketing, when in fact you do not. This way you are not wasting people’s time. 2) They post their hours as such. They close at 5:00PM. I went and got cash, and was heading back. I arrived at 4:00PM and they are closed. Please post the correct hours. 3) Additionally, if you do not have boxes, and expect the customers to bring their own box, make it known. Most people assume you have boxes there unless otherwise noted. The customer service sucked. It was like they did not care if they got my business or not. I collected my stuff and walked out. They did not get a single cent from me. The only reason I was considering these people for shipping a package to Vietnam is because of their cheap price. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price = Cheap customer service. If you are not of Asian(Vietnamese) background, do not speak Vietnamese, and not ready to deal with things as though you are in the third world, do not go here. — — — — — What I just said is sad. The owners need to have a good business sense if they are going to compete, or else they will never be able to get business beyond those looking for a cheap deal. I WILLNOTRECOMMENDTHEM. They have the mentality of, «I got your money, so who cares!!». This is exactly the way to turn people off. I will let me wife deal with these kinds of businesses, as she can speak Vietnamese, and seems to have better luck. Me, as I am not Vietnamese, and do not speak the language, I probably will never have luck with them.
