Rude woman on the phone. She has all the questions and doesn’t give you a chance to speak.
Just got a call directly from the location on Ocotillo…
Turns out it was their call center that answered. The property manager called me and was very nice and accommodating. Don’t have vehicle storage so I won’t be using them at this time. This is just a reminder to anyone who uses a call center that they represent your business and they can help you or hurt you. If I spoke with the property manager originally I’m sure I would have given them many more stars.
