If you think you have experienced a really bad customer service before, an appointment with Dr. Brian Diep and especially a talk with the office ladies will make your previous experience a heaven in comparison. I have never seen an office lady as RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and PETTY as a woman by the name of KRISTINE who currently takes in calls for Dr. Diep. I called the office to clear a misunderstanding, and she sassily told me that it’s not her job to do so. Kristine degraded me, saying that she didn’t understand my English so she couldn’t talk to me further. Sigh. My English might be too perfect, too elegant, too concise for her broken English to translate into. I feel bad for Dr. Diep because his staff will make him lose more patients than his skill. FYI, a talk with her will itch your ears, less alone a glimpse of her face will make your face break out. SOBEWARE!

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Diep for 3 years now. I will never switch. My son is special needs, Dr. Diep always follows up on his stats and meds making sure my son is healthy and not having side effects from his meds. I can’t think of a single time when I haven’t been able to get in right away… unfortunately with my son being special needs, we have a tendency to need right away visits. The staff are always respectful and kind. I love that he is attentive and really hears what we are saying. He is by far one of the best docs we have ever had, and we have had many!!! Thank you Dr. Diep and Citrus Med Center for being such a wonderful and caring office.
