Arizona Sliding Door

Just a great company. They deliver. We had our sliding glass door’s screen replaced two years back and this week had our rollers replaced as well as my mother-​in-​laws. Both were done in a very short period of time and perfectly installed. Just awesome. Great family and great company.

What a great company. I had previously tried to replace the rollers in my sliding door without much luck. So when my door became too bad to deal with I turned to Unilocal.I called and talked to Heather who was very nice and explained all the costs for coming out to check out my door up front. Dave called me back shortly after and came out the same day and right on time. He’s a great guy and had my door fixed very quickly and now works great. I regret waiting so long to get it sorted out.
Don’t hesitate to call them if you door is driving you nuts.

Heather set up the appointment and was very thorough about the pricing options depending on what Dave would find once he arrived at my home. Dave arrived on time. He was able to put new rollers on 2 of my sliding doors very efficiently and quickly. In the 12 years I have lived in this house these doors have NEVER been this easy to slide open and closed. In the house I last lived in for 7 years prior (was new construction) the sliding door NEVER worked this well either. Dave looked at the 3^rd sliding door in my home and while this door would slide more easily with new rollers, since I hardly ever use it I choose not to spend the money at this time. He was not pushy at all. I would recommend Arizona Sliding Door for sure.

Using Arizona Sliding Door, by far, was the best experience I’ve had with a business coming to my house for anything! I desperately needed repair for my sliding glass door (I had neglected it to the point that it wouldn’t even open anymore). Scheduling the appointment was easy and within a few days of calling, Dave arrived and about a ½ hour later my door was fixed with a new track and wheels. I also ended up ordering a new screen door and a couple of weeks later he came back and replaced my old one with the new one. It’s top-​of-​the-​line beautiful and will last a long, long time because of the quality. To make things even easier, Heather e-​mailed my detailed invoice to me. I find their prices are decent and competitive. This repair required two appointments and Dave wasn’t on time for either one … that’s because he arrived early! YAY! I HIGHLY recommend using this company! I can tell they take pride in both their business and their customer service. My sliding glass door is now fixed and slides smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy! HOT DAMN!

We were having a huge problem with our sliding glass door where every time we shut our door, it would slide open about an inch… well needless to say in this AZ heat an inch can really mean a lot to your a/​c. We had many friends that were convinced they could fix it to no avail. We finally got the name of this company and they came and fixed it! I was thrilled… but then about 5 months later it started happening again. I wasn’t too concerned because they said there was a lifetime warranty. I called and they came out again and fixed it again. Well now 10 months later it is happening AGAIN… I’m now not very happy but no worries because I have the warranty. Well, this time Heather stated that they only give one courtesy appointment and we already had ours and if Dave has to come out again they will charge $ 50!!! I said what about the lifetime warranty? She said that in her notes, Dave came out and no one was home but then my husband finally showed up (what this has to do with anything I don’t know!!!) Nonetheless, that is what she stated and then said that Dave didn’t find anything wrong with the door and if he comes out and he doesn’t find anything wrong there will be that $ 50 charge. I said I don’t remember anything about him finding nothing wrong with the door but I don’t want to be charged $ 50 for him to come out. She said she can’t just have him driving to the other side of town every time there is a problem (well they didn’t have a problem coming across town when they took our money the first time!!!) I found it to be completely unprofessional and certainly not how it was explained to us when we originally paid to have the door fixed. I made the appointment for him to come out because what else am I supposed to do (which obviously they realize this and don’t care about the happiness of their customers or their reputation) Very disappointed…
