A Better Appliance Repair

I called for a broken dryer and Justin came out the same day. Very professional and polite. His response time was waaaaay better than trying to use the Home Advisor website.

Justin came out to fix a all-​in-​one GE Profile Oven and Microwave unit. The microwave portion had stopped working. He was able to come out the same day. He was super careful removing the unit and troubleshooting, found the root cause and sourced replacement parts same day. Comparing him to past big name appliance repair shops his rate and service was amazing. Highly recommend you give Justin a call.

Justin came out to look at my JenAir frig which was not cooling. He carefully checked everything out and provided me with a honest assessment and fair estimate. Very happy with the service and the frig works like new. Would definitely call Justin again.

My washing machine wasn’t working. I read the Unilocal reviews and called this company. Justin answered and instead of going straight into scheduling me for a paid service he took time to ask questions! After some quick trouble shooting he had my machine up and running. I will definitely use his company for any future needs. It is rare to find a service company that gives great customer service even if they aren’t getting paid.

Justin talked to me on the phone about my washing machine issue and gave me some advice which in the end did not result in a service call nor money made for his company, but did result in me avoiding a cost that was not needed. What a great guy! Not over eager to make a buck but happy to serve someone in need. I’ll be recommending this company to others.

This is an overdue review for Justin. My dryer was broken while I need it the most (a day before my long out of town trip), and Justin was very prompt and helpful in troubleshooting the issue. Once it’s determined that it’s better to get a new one in, Justin patiently helped me to shop, haul, and install it on the same day. I was really satisfied and would definitely use their services again.

Just arrived in back in Az for the winter in January and was doing laundry when washer was making a terrible noise during spin cycle. Looked on Unilocal for repair info and found ABAR and called and Justin was able to come over and repair the washer right away. At first he thought it was the electronic panel so that was replaced but a few days later the noise was back and Justin returned right away and put in the old panel and replaced the washer tub rods (not sure of the exact part name here) but anyway no problems since. I was getting the unbalanced signal on the electronic panel on the washer along with the noise at the beginning. He refunded my money for the new electronic panel, and just charged me then for the washer rods. Very prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend.

Justin was very helpful and willing to answer our questions. He showed up on time and completed the repair to our washer quickly and cleanly. He offered future aid and the opportunity to call with any questions. We will certainly call agin and use his services if an appliance breaks!

Had a washing machine that would not cooperate and complete all of its cycles leaving me with WET CLOTHES that did not dry very well in the dryer. So being an avid Unilocaler I did my research and called a few companies ranked high on this site. Got very slow response and prices for what I was asking very, very high. I call ABAR and was greeted warmly and friendly. Justin got on the phone and came over and fixed me in no time. He was more concerned on getting my machine working than selling me a part. He embodies a true wibn-​win approach. from a customers viewpoint. He gave me choices along with the pro and cons of the choice along with projected costs. Now that is service! He was at my place in 15 minutes after the call out and finished the job in 30 minutes. Now I am back to washing my clothes once again! Thank you Justin! I would recommend to other UnilocalERS to give him a try. My problem was relatively simple and my diagnosis correct. So more complex issues I can not speak off for that was not my experience however I appreciated his overall service approach in providing me, the consumer, choices and understanding of what I could do in my situation.
