These guys rock great food great ppl always polite and always SUPER FAST whether I’m coming in for just there awesome day old breads or a #16 (my favorite) I never Wait long and I feel like the management and staff are well trained it’s definitely a great local place to pop in and grab a bite to eat love this place :)

Food was delivered in a reasonable about of time. My food was all there, but for some reason there was a bunch of sauce I didn’t order on my sandwich. Love the cookies though.

Jimmy Johns in Champlin has some of the worst employees, but has the best GM– named NELSON.
The original employee I dealt with, named Shaun has horrible customer service skills. After ruining our sandwiches the first time, he told me they would remake them & send them out, only if I gave back the originals. So I did.
We got the replacement sandwiches & they were just as bad! I called once again to make them aware & finally talked to the General Manager by the name Nelson. He identified that shaun made the sandwiches wrong again. Nelson just stopped in quick, ended up taking my call & he wasn’t even working. He then proceeded to drive over a $ 50 giftcard for all of our troubles.
He showed up in his softball uniform with the giftcard in record time. NELSON DELIVERED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I felt bad that he wasnt even working, but took time out of his night to satisfy our family. We order 5 sandwiches several times per week & he knew that. He knew our address because he has delivered to us several times.
NELSON should be recognized as an OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE! Shaun on the other hand; should look for a different job

I’ve never tried JJ’s before and I was very happy I did before my flight to Los Angeles.
I’ve eaten sandwiches from every franchise out there but the bread at JJ’s is by far the best. The meat tasted so fresh with big flavor. I felt like the sandwich size was perfect for a lunch sandwich. Not to mention these guys deliver, I mean a sandwich shoppe that delivers? That’s just awesome.
I wish we had a JJ’s in Southern California. I’ll be counting down the days till I’m back in Minnesota eating another one of these delicious sandwiches.
