I have seen Dr. Sahni for two root canals. The second one was an emergency situation. I called today and they got me in at 2:00 p.m. By 2:45, the root canal was over and I was on my way home. His office staff is incredibly friendly. Huge shout out to Becky, his dental hygenist. She is a gem. Dr. Sahni is kind, caring, and very gentle. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family members who need to have root canals. Thank you, Dr. Sahni!

Sahni focuses exclusively on root canals, as far as I can tell, and he does a very good job. I had a root canal done back in the ‘80s, and I’m telling you: the technology and the process these days is much improved. Sahni really seems to know his stuff. He’s very careful, in my opinion, and detailed oriented. I’d give him five stars instead of three if his assistant didn’t take so many damn x-rays. For every slide she ended up taking two x-rays: the first one was always screwed up. So my thyroid got blasted with radiation due to her incompetence, which is something I did not appreciate. I’d definitely go to Sahni again if I needed another root canal. He does a quality job.

Come here only you’d like to pay out-of-pocket. I had an excellent root canal done in October 2012, and have since changed job and moved. At the end of February, 2013, Dr. Sahni’s office mailed me a bill for around $ 700. There was no explanation whatsoever on the bill, and I had insurance at the time the work was done. The reason? After several phone calls and finding out information about my previous insurance provider, it turns out that the insurance provider rejected the claim because it was filed too late. I’ll make many more phone calls to get this situation resolved, but you should only consider having work done here if you are ready to pay out of pocket.
