Noy Tailoring and Alterations

I tried Noy Tailoring from the review on Unilocal.I would not recommend to anyone. I had been told I needed to pick up my blazer on Saturday because she was leaving for 7 weeks.
At 8:30am this morning, I received a phone call while at work telling me pick up my blazer «now» because she is leaving now and will not be returning until March. I tell her I am working and I have patients to see until noon and that I would be there at 1 pm. She tells me, «no, now». I live 40 minutes away — I ask my husband to go pick it up, I call her back and say he is on his way. 45 minutes later, he arrives and calls saying no one is there and the place is locked up. He leaves and 20 minutes later, I finally get a chance to call her back. She tells me to call him and tell him to wait. He was already on his way home! Not a single apology from her. I tell her that he was already there — she hung up on me.
10 minutes later, she called back. We agree to meet after work so I can pick up the blazer (she isn’t supposed to be closed until Monday and the sign outside says she is open all day today). I express my frustration with the situation and she hung up on me.
When I get there, it is again, closed. I waited 15 minutes for her to show up.
I tried on the blazer and it is too tight.
I’ll be going somewhere else to have it fixed.
