My husband went in a few weeks ago to get his screen repaired. He said that the service was good and the people nice. However, his screen started coming off of his phone within a week. He went back by to stop in to see if they would fix it, since it had a 60 day warranty. The business was closed. The number is still a working number and I have called and left a couple messages. No one has returned my call.

Dropped off a pair of headphones for a simple plug to be fixed. Was given back to me with only one headphone working without warning. Took it back and gave it back to me AGAIN with one headphone working properly. Said that was the best he could do but not offered a refund and walked to the back. I do not recommend because if they damage something else they will act as if it was already broken.

Had a great experience with phone fixation. They fixed my phone and when there was an issue a week later, Chris resolved the issue again. Highly recommend the neighborhood shop and will use them again in the future

I called a few places that didnt pick up until i called this place and they didnt answer but called me right back which was personally impressive. Chris did a wonderful job fixing the water damage on my S3 and replaced the screen for a reasonable price compared to prices online. I would definitely bring my phone here again.

Chris was great. He was service based, and took the time to hear my issue fully on the phone, which us why I took my chances with this place.
He fixed the screen on my child’s iphone 5c, and added tempered glass on top. Did it in 30 minutes.
This is the type of place that listens and responds, and will not leave you hung out to dry.

I had a wonderful experience here 4 months ago to replace my iphone screen when I cracked it. They replaced it in under an hour and were very pleasant to deal with. It cost $ 75, but was worth it to keep the phone going. However, when my screen stopped working due to what I suspected was a loose connection to the screen, I took it back and asked for them to look it over. I was told they needed an hour and they would call me when they had reviewed it. After 3 hours, they had not called an no one answered the phone when I called. When I showed up, they told me the work was only guaranteed for 60 days. Why in the world would I pay $ 75 for a screen that would only work for 60 days – especially on an older phone. If I had dropped the phone, or broken the screen, I would totally understand the employees position. However, a perfectly good screen stops working after you buy it, the store should stand behind it. I would not recommend PhoneFIXation after this experience.

These guys rock! Brought my iPhone 4S to have the screen and battery replaced after another tech in the Buford Highway area ruined the battery during an attempt to replace the screen. These are super efficient and fairly priced. Would recommend no problem!

At a moments notice, I was able to have my I Phone repaired. they did a great job and all under an hour! I even purchase a snazzy new case for just $ 15.00 too! This is the place to go to get your phone repaired! Great people

Friendly, fast, and affordable. What’s not to like? I anticipated having to leave my phone there over night but I was squared away in 20 minutes. I have referred them many times over after having my phone repaired there at the end of last year.

The Chamblee PhoneFixation is GREAT! Jill has fixed my phone not once, but twice! Her prices are reasonable, and I know because I shopped around. I always see people in there getting their phones repaired, they show up sad and leave happy.
She also gave me some advice about how to avoid ruining my phone (again.) One time I dropped it in the toilet and she fixed that. The second time I broke the glass and she fixed that.
