Simply stated — Dr. Cassalia’s LingualWirelign technique is truly AMAZING! Within 2 months following application of the super thin wires, my lower, crowded teeth had already moved into position. Virtually pain-​free & delivering quick results, the tiny, concealed wires applied to the back of my teeth had worked their magic & I couldn’t be more pleased.
Dr. Cassalia is a superb, caring & talented orthodontist & his entire staff is professional & accommodating. If you have ever considered orthodontic treatment, regardless of age (I am 62) you should absolutely speak with Dr. Cassalia. You won’t be disappointed.

He is brilliant at what he does and truly cares about making your smile the best it can be. Every single person on staff is cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. I met with Dr. Cassalia for a consultation on whether I was a good candidate for LingualWirelign. I had Invisalign and other orthodontics treatments before, but still have issues with the spacing and alignment of the teeth. Dr. Cassalia examined my case thoroughly and discussed in great details about his thoughts and my treatment options.
Compared to the orthodontists who I had worked with, I was truly amazed his attention to details and patience. Even though he did not recommend LingualWirelign to me, but I appreciate his honesty and integrity.

This practice is as good as it gets. Dr. Cassalia has invented a great technique that is far better than invasalign and offers the same results. I didn’t want to get invasalign due to the expense and the frustration of having to deal with trays that I was skeptical that I would use. I decided to try Dr. Cassalia’s Wirelign technique and my teeth are almost fully straightened and it has only been a couple of months! My dentist, a reputable dentist in center city philadelphia, was amazed by the results. I am pleased to recommend this practice and technique to anyone that is considering it. I commute from center city philadelphia for my treatments and it is well worth it!
