Movies, concessions and video games. What else do you need from a theatre? They have a couple of 3D theaters. And this is a Cleveland Cinemas location so make sure you join the loyalty program which gives you free popcorn, drinks and movie tickets after purchasing a certain number of tickets.

May I just ask, what is your disaster preparedness plan? You have none. Why is it my husband and son went to the movie, and the tornado sirens are blaring in Chagrin Falls, and you have such little regard for that, that you keep the movie playing, until atlass the power is off!!! Then my husband finally sees the texts that I have been sending him and calls me to find out how close the tornado is. That’s your job, to keep your patrons safe, or atleast I thought it was!

This place is bad. Seats are the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in at a movie theater. The floor is filthy & the first 2 seats we looked at had melted chocolate stains on them. Well, I hope it was chocolate. Two of the seats had garbage bags over them because they were broke or dirty. Overall it is really outdated & even though the tickets are slightly cheaper, I still feel like I paid too much. We are not coming back.

Theatre is not a newer one, but always clean and has a nice feeling. Lots of posters, yummy smells from concession, kid games, large restrooms. You can get a Marquee Rewards card to earn points toward drinks and food. We liked the free popcorn we earned.

This place seriously needs an upgrade. It’s like the dead zone in there. The whole place is dated from the stained carpet to the non-​digital/​electric menu board. Very uncomfortable and non-​reclining seats. The worst part and biggest reason why I’ll never go back? When our movie started the sound didn’t work. A few people left the theater to find the manager to report the problem as the movie continued to play on without sound. The manager said she wasn’t able to restart the movie (because they use traditional film, not digital. and yes you still hear the clicking of the film as it feeds through the projector). I told her I wanted our money back because I wasn’t interested in watching 98% of a movie. She promptly gave us 2 free passes for another film. But I didn’t care about the passes. I just wanted my money back but she wouldn’t budge on that. Forget this joint. It surprised me because Chagrin Falls is a nice area but they have the shittiest movie theater. Skip it.

I didn’t find the seats that comfortable, they are actually pretty small. Nice people, nice part of town. At the movie we went to see there were alot of seniors and they had to repeat every funny line very loudly to their companions so they could laugh too.

Could have probably gotten in without a ticket but I didn’t.
They have a photo sticker booth which my sister loves and those ice cream weird astronaut dots in a vending machine. Enough said, oh, that and the seats are class A comfy.
