My fiancé found my engagement ring here. I was a little skeptical because it is a kiosk inside the mall. Once I went there it eased my mind. They sized my ring for free, provided a really good deal on my wedding band, and the quality of the ring is excellent. It was actually my dream ring. Overall they have a great customer service. I’m looking forward to going back to get my finance’s wedding band.

I found Treasure Island on Unilocal and decided to see if the treasure I was searching for was there. I was greeted by a lovely fellow named Sam who promptly appeared to assist me. After I gave him a few details about the styles of ring that my now fiancée appreciates, he presented me with a varied selection of rings. Within moments I found the ring that would start my next journey. Sam was very accommodating and helped me to work out a financial deal that was to our liking. He took care of the resizing and offered maintenance on the stones in the ring free of charge. I also appreciated that Sam is very active in a charity that strives to empower the underprivileged. Knowing that the ring came from a good man adds to the rings beauty and value. I recommend that any starry-​eyed boy looking for a gesture of love visit Treasure Island.

This place can be found at a center kiosk in the Cerritos mall right by Macy’s entrance close to the perfume and cosmetics. I had my 14k gold double band ring resized from a size 5 to a size 8. It was a gift from my mother in law. A nice, male clerk, the owner maybe, helped me. He explained the process thoroughly, and it involved cutting the band and soldering it back with an additional band of gold. I dropped it off on Thursday and it was ready by Monday night. I picked it up, and the size was perfect. I inspected the band and it looks great. I can see where the connection is, but the craftsmanship is great. In addition, they cleaned the ring, and now it looks sparkly and new. Extremely satisfied with the service and result. I can now add this beautiful piece to my daily wardrobe.

I was on the look out for a Tungsten Rose Gold ring to give to my partner for our anniversary and I am so happy to have come across Sam and wife who took very good care of me. Very good prices and quality customer service. Since then I have gone back and purchased a tungsten ring of my own. Very nice selection of men’s jewelry along with women’s.

I bought a ring & band for $ 80 along with a band for my boyfriend ($ 30) 2 weeks ago. Since then, my ring has bent and been deformed & a stone has fallen out. The ring bent on the 2^nd day. The stone was lost on the 3^rd day. I wish I could resolve this with the store owners to work out an exchange. They only guarantee their products for a week for a reason, I guess! Super disappointed in the quality of this ring especially since the owners were super nice & kind. If something can be worked out, please let me know. I still have my receipt.
UPDATE: I went back to the store after their owner Sam messaged me on Unilocal.He told me that he was very sorry & would like to offer me an even exchange whenever I would like to come back. He wasn’t there when I arrived, but two younger girls were and they were wonderful with helping me out & understanding what happened– then trying to help me pick out a new ring!
A business is nothing without great customer service– and that is what treasure island jewelry has. Thank you so much!

Love their jewelry, cheaper if you buy in bulk. The color on their lip rings never come off like other places

I bought a piece of jewelry on Sunday. It broke on Monday. I went back on Tuesday WITH MY RECEIPT to get it repaired or exchanged. The clerk told me it was old inventory and she couldn’t repair it. I explained I just bought it two days ago and showed her my receipt. I asked if she could exchange it with the duplicate item in her showcase. She said she wouldn’t exchange it. So, THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORKMANSHIP ALTHOUGH THE RECEIPT SAYS «EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH VALID RECEIPT». BUYER BEWARE… DO NOT BUY FROM «TREASURE ISLAND JEWELRY»
