Great company with great employees. I’ve purchased two cases from them, which were beautiful in design and utility. And I recently won a beautiful marble and wood case from their Instagram giveaway. They’ve got my business for a long time.

I entered the mall yesterday knowing about this little kiosks that makes authentic wood cases. I went in not knowing what I wanted. but a helpful employee by the name of Kimberly helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and helped me by giving me a free custom design of my choosing. The next day I received a phone call from the owner letting me know my case will be done today. How awesome is that? He also sent me a picture of my case as soon as it was done and I’m more than satisfied with my case and the customer service I received.

I came across a really cool wooden phone case at this stand that I wanted to customize for my step-dad’s birthday gift.
I was told it would be done by today, 1 p.m.
First off, when I purchased the case– the lady put aside the display one for her boss to come pick up, because apparently they were all out at the warehouse. (Red flag #1) I stopped her and said «You don’t have any inventory? I don’t want the one that is on display» (Red flag #2) She then said «sorry» and got a new case out from one of the drawers.
Then this morning, I get a call saying the owner’s/manager’s/boss’ car broke down and he won’t be able to pick up the case and have it customized in time for my 1 p.m. pick up. (Red flag #3)
This made me furious! Not only would I not have the case on time for my step-dad’s birthday, but also I was out $ 50.
I am demanding a full refund and reporting to this ASAP.
Please do not support this horrible business.
