We went in this store a few weeks ago looking for a wedding band for my fiancé and we were shocked at the horrible service we received. We were the only customers in the store yet the group of 4 sales women that were there would not acknowledge us or stop chatting amongst themselves long enough to ask if they could help us with anything. When I finally asked them if they could show us their men’s wedding bands they looked at each other for a second until finally one of them decided to help us. I told her what we were looking for(which was a plain 14k white gold men’s band) and she said we don’t carry those. She offered no alternatives or suggestions… My fiancé and I walked out of there feeling like our business didn’t matter to them at all! Needless to say we got a beautiful wedding band from Robin’s Brothers for my fiancé and although it is pricier the positive experience and their customers service makes it worth it.

NOBETTERTHAN A SHADYUSEDCARSALESMAN Do not waste your time and money with this company and their business tactics, their only interest is in their bottom line, once they wheel and deal you into thinking you’re getting a great buy,(which you’re really not, they over price EVERYTHING in store, you can find the same items on their site for far less) and have your money, they could care less if you’re satisfied. I went into this location looking for an engagement ring, my budget was 2,500 which I stated and made clear to the ladies that were helping me Laura the manager and Madel a sale associate. They were great when they were trying to make a sale and get my money, my decision came down to 2 rings one that was within my budget and one that was well outside of it. I expressed concern several times about wanting to go with the ring that was more expensive(which they of course were trying to sell me on the most) one because it was more expensive and two because I felt as though the one that was in my budget was a better fit. Laura assured me that if I had any issues and for whatever reason didn’t like the ring that I could bring it back in within 7 days of purchase and exchange it, with no problems Laura did make it clear that no refunds would be issued, which I was fine with, but hind sight being 20⁄20 doing business with people that do not except refunds is a tell-tell sign of their business ethics, especially when you’re not dealing with products that lose value like a car as soon a it’s driven off the lot. This eased my mind so I decided to go with the ring that was outside of my budget(poor choice on my part). After having the ring for a few days and mulling it over I decided that I liked the other one better, and hey it was less expensive. Win-win. Not even close, turns out I can only do an exchange on an item of equal or GREATER value. LAURA their manager failed to disclose this when she knew 110% without a doubt that I was hesitant to get the one that was more expensive, and convinced me to do so by saying I could exchange it within 7 days hassle free. She refused to rectify the situation and sited company policy to back her up. This is an egregious act on her behalf on intentionally omitting information that was key in the sale. I’ve never done business with a company so unscrupulous. I’m currently waiting to hear back from their corporate office about what can be done, I’m not holding my breath for the resolution I’m looking a for. I have no doubts I will be in a back and forth with this company for sometime, and I will take this matter as far as I can until it is rectified. Moral of the story. DONOTSPENDYOURMONEYWITHTHEM.

Don’t know why this place only has 3 stars? The staff here are very nice and helpful. Got my engagement ring, wedding band, and wedding necklace here. Quality jewelry for a fair price. I always get compliments on my engagement ring on how unique and beautiful it is. Love this place

I was greeted with a smile by Jesse, the store manager and helped me right away. The staff was all very professional, helpful and patient. I would definitely come back… and recommend to family, friends and co-workers to purchase their jewelries from KEVINJEWELERS… Very satisfied customer!!!

Terrible customer service. The girls who work there have very little knowledge about what they are selling and their services. My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas and I brought it back the next day to get it resized. I asked the girl what size the ring was to start with and she put it on her own finger several times instead of using a size gage, then told me she doesn’t know. Weird, but I let it go. They told me they would call when the ring was ready to pick up, but they never did until I call and check on them days after their promise date. 3 months later, I took the ring back for cleaning and make sure everything is still set. I went in there and all they did was dump it in the ultrasonic cleanser. They didn’t even look at it to make sure the diamonds are still set. I didn’t bring my paperwork with me and they insist that I need to come back with the paperwork for it to count towards the warranty. I had the same kind of service at Robbins Brothers before and they actually had jewelers inspect the settings and they would give me a card instead when i didn’t have my paperwork. Not to mention that they are much more customer friendly. I went into Kevin’s jewelers three times and all three times I had terrible service feeling a waste of my time. I would not recommend anyone to go there, maybe you will get better service at a different Kevin’s jeweler.

Over-priced watch and bad customer service! An hour after I bought a watch they stick to their no-refund policy, even with my offer that they can keep 10% of watch value. Well, go to Amazon if you need some watches!

Went here to sell five 14K gold rings with gem stones(diamonds, tanzenites). Was only offered $ 225 for the rings. I explained that the gem stones alone are worth more than the amount that they offerred. Needless to say, I didn’t take their offer. I have decided to take the rings to a downtown Los Angeles jeweler and have the rings made into other types of jewerly that my family can wear.

Went in here just to glance and check out they Men’s Wedding bands. The manager was very nice. I took a look at what I liked and she gave us deal, I could not refuse. I had to place a special order, because my fiancé is a size 13.5 they told me the ring would in about 2 weeks, but Edna said most likely is would be sooner. I was not in a rush because our wedding is towards the end of the year. But I do not like to wait until the last moment for things. I called on the 2nd week and the ring still did not come in. Okay not a problem but I was promised 2 weeks– but no biggie like I said. On the 3rd week, I called again and finally came in. Went to pick it up and had to no issues. But I though let’s take a look at the watches and the women’s wedding bands. Girls were very helpful and friendly… Only thing I did not like is that one of the sales girls(must of bee new) kept asking the other sales girl questions, like«how much is this one» and«oh how much can we give them credit«, etc… But in Spanish and that kinda bothered me because, I do not speak Spanish and this is a business. They should be speaking in English, I mean it is just the proper thing to do. Beside that everything was fine, a little over priced and I now know I could of got the ring for a lot cheaper…
