NEVER. AGAIN! It was literally the worst pizza I had ever eaten in my life! $ 56 for two dinner boxes such a rip off! Ok let’s start at the beginning… We get the pizza home, open the boxes to find the worlds smallest«medium» pizzas inside. And they’re in the shape of a square so they’re even smaller if you as me! The pasta was seriously TERRIBLE! It was so disgusting, the dog wouldn’t even eat the meat sauce on top. The breadsticks tasted old ANDTOTOPITALLOFF they messed up on TWO of our pizzas. They both were supposed to have white sauce and both had normal pizza sauce which doesn’t pair well with artichokes. All in all it was so disgusting & we will never return.

If this place had a negative star I would give them one I made my order online they said they ran out of mushrooms what kind of pizza joint runs out of mushrooms I wanted to get something with a pan pizza they ran out of pan crust this place is always running out of stuff they’re always getting the order wrong the deals that they have online they don’t want to even honor them this place sucks if you want to go to good pizza ceres you better off going to Bob’s pizza

I’ll get straight to the point. I ordered a pizza and wings online and the confirmation page said my order would be ready within 25 minutes. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I found out my order wasn’t ready. I was pretty pissed off. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. One of the managers came out to personally apologize for the delay and offered me a free pizza. This earned them two more stars in my book.

Wow! I can see why there are a lot of one star reviews for this place. Our entire order came cold(at best luke-warm). We all had to heat the pizza in the microwave. The delivery guy told us to call a manager, so we did. The guy who answered the phone argued with us and told us that we’re still eating it so we just wanted food for free lol. We told him, of course we’re eating it, we had to wait over an hour for our order and we weren’t about to wait another hour for them to correct their mistake. He offered to take half off of our order. Fine. Then we noticed that the coupon we used online was never applied to our order. So we were overcharged in the first place. The guy said that they have nothing to do with the website so there was nothing they could do about it. SOOOO Pizza Hut, has nothing to do with ?? Then why accept our order in the first place? I asked if he was a manager and he just kept stuttering and avoiding the question. He also would not give me his name but my mom got it before I got the phone. He finally admitted that he was filling in for a manager and that there was no manager there — AND no way of getting in contact with one. This whole thing went around in circles for like 15 minutes, because he wouldn’t acknowledge both mistakes. When he finally did, he said, «are we finished now? I need to get back to the ovens» I asked if he was going to refund the entire amount that was agreed on and he said, «YES!» Then I said, «okay, and your name is?» He said, «Sorry but I have to go.» Luckily my mom already got it. We’ll see if he refunds the amount he said he would.

WHAT A JOKE!!! I ordered my pizza online with a promised time of 6:39 I arrived at 6:43 I paid for my order was told it should be ready soon. 3 customers came & picked up their orders and my order was still being made. I asked the boy behind counter but he just said Its coming up next. 7:07 still no pizza asked for a refund but no one knew how to use register for a refund in the meantime I was asked if I wanted a pineapple ham pizza instead Really? To our surprise pizza was done now it was 7:19 unbelievable!!! I took pizza because I had no choice my son was craving it I didn’t eat though because I didn’t see them prepare pizza I was afraid employes spit on it since I was not a happy person and was wanting my money back for something I had in my hand called a receipt that had a written promised time on it legally binding! I was professional though but this place needs training. Another customer agreed they are terrible here. I WOULDNOTRECOMMEND Stay far away!!!

Normally I am not so critical of pizza joints or any spot that offers delivery, it’s a tough gig for both the cook and the driver. But this has got to be the worst Pizza Hut to have ever been established. I placed my order at 8:30PM, received it at 10:00PM = 1 and 30 minutes. The driver did not have peppers or cheese(It happens) DIDNOT have change, seriously? When did you start your shift and NOT have change? As the driver leave and go in to FINALLY enjoy my food, opened everything up; Large Super Combo 22 piece buffalo wings. Small serving of chicken alfredo/breadsticks. Guess what was missing? 10 pieces of chicken. Called in and the woman answering the phone giggled and said it should be there, WTF? it’s obviously not, I’m looking right at while talking to you. she asked if I would like to receive credit back or get the missing pieces delivered. asked her to send me another batch. I live 5 minutes away from the store and she said it would take an hour to get here? To be honest to end it, I paid in full, I should be able to receive whatever was missing within 5 minutes. Not trying to make myself seem better than any other customer, but get real, if this is how you handle your business, you’re just going to end up going out of business.

Make sure your polite on the phone, damn near a grovel, or else your gonna get an attitude, cleverly masked within a professional dialogue. It took way more patience and energy not to return the favor that, I feel, should be necessary when dealing with someone whom provides a public service. Everybody gets the ‘one time’…

Ordered via the website for takeout. My order was suppose to be 1 Large Pizza, 1 Medium pizza, soda and bread sticks and soda. for around 19.99 or something close to that said the coupon. When I got there, they wanted like 32dollars. and instead of 1large and 1medium they gave me 2 medium pizzas, a hot 2 liter of soda, and old cold bread sticks. They corrected the pricing issue, even though i had to talk to 3 different people before one of them spoke English. Terrible experience. I will make the drive to Turlock next time.
