Called and scheduled an appointment for my two dogs several days in advance. I cancelled plans so I could be here for my appointment time. And he didn’t show. When I called to inquire about whether or not he planned on showing his reasoning was that he didn’t write down my appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Now my dogs hair remains uncut. And I wasted my entire morning away for NOTHING.

Nicest guy in the world, friendly and professional at the same time. Treated my dog with care and did a great job for a great price, he even showed up 5 minutes early.
