I called H&K Audio to pre-wire my house for the speaker wiring for my 5.1 audio system. Tom gave me a very good clear explanation of all the options available and clearly indicated the pricing options for each as well. His estimates were very reasonable and when the team started the work, they were not aware of several complexities in the house construction that nearly added twice to the estimated time.
However, Tom and team went beyond and ensured that they maintained the high quality and came in another day to complete the job (as they needed special equipments for my outside walls, that they had to procure) and didn’t charge me a single extra penny!
Truly professional and a pleasure to do business with! I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a high quality installation at a very reasonable cost.
