I understand that this is a pizza place and not some upscale restaurant. However if you are going to advertise that you guys have hot and ready’ s have hot and ready’s! I walked in and it’s not busy at all and they have nothing ready. As soon as I asked for an order they THEN began to make the pizza. One of the employees in the back was sitting on his phone. The employees are rude. If you apply for a job do it right. Don’t be a lazy f**k… You’re making pizzas not brain surgery. I’ve been to this place about 20 times and they NEVER once had any hot and ready’s ready. I’m calling the corporate for sure and letting them know how hard it is for the employees here to make a pizza and that they should do them a favor and lay them off.

Hot, but not ready. I visited on a Friday night at 5:30 and there was a crowd of people already waiting for their pizza. I ordered one pizza and crazy bread and stood waiting for 15 minutes while they cooked it. False advertising to say that they have pizzas hot and ready. As far as I know, it’s the management at this place. I went to the Front Royal location and they had stacks of pizzas in the warmers in the middle of the day. The pizza is tasty but their whole hook is that you can walk in and get your pizza right away. We’ll keep ordering from Ciro’s and picking up without having to stand around and wait. Disappointed.

I visited this store on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. When I ordered a cheese pizza and Crazy bread, I paid with cash and was given the incorrect amount. I asked the cashier to check since I was owed more money and she refused. Eventually, she checked the receipt and would not apologize. That’s strike one for unfriendliness. After 6 – 7 minutes from when my order was placed(during the Hot-N-Ready peak hours), the cashier asked the staff in the back to make a cheese pizza and crazy bread since there weren’t any available up front. So, I waited another 7 – 8 minutes until my cheese pizza and crazy bread were ready. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked the manager for a refund since my food was not ready and I did not want to wait any longer. He immediately brought the food up and said«well, you got your food.» I asked him for compensation for the inconvenience and he repeated«look, you got your food.» As a new food establishment in the area, the customer service is terrible. Service was slow that evening, so stay on top of everything! What a headache…

They are massively staffed for opening today and kept the busy line going quick. All polite and professional. A little anxious– I’m sure it’s for day 1 jitters. Can’t beat $ 5 large pizza. Pretty sure all other pizza places just lost major business.
