THISISTHEWORSTCOMPANYEVER! Ordered flowers and they were not delivered when promised. They charged me TWICE over the phone. After I cancel the order because I was fed up with their horrible, rude customer service, they refused to refund me my money even though the flowers were never delivered. They said it was my fault and they were not going to pay a processing fee again. This place is a joke and the people working there should go back to the country they came from because this isn’t how people do business in America.

This place is the worst! Never go to this place. My fiancé setup an appointment a week in advance to talk with someone about a wedding bouquet arrangement. She walked into the store and was immediately told that the floral designer did not have time to speak with her. Someone at the front desk told my fiancé to text the floral designer a picture of what she wanted. She wouldn’t even come out to speak to her even though she made an appointment a week in advance. My fiancé could hear the floral designer screaming in the back about her. My fiancé asked why she couldn’t talk to her and the guy up front told her to be quiet because she would get even more upset. REALLY??? WTF!!! My fiancé ended up in tears when she left. Please do yourself a favor a NEVER go to this place!

Always a good product. Hard working first generation family owned. Don’t try and order flowers the day of on their busy holidays. Its a small shop and they run themselves ragged.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. OWNERBEYONDRUDE. I ordered mothers day flowers for my mother and sister and one arrangement was completely dead with old dirty water, and the other was NOT what i ordered online. It looked nothing like it. I live in California, and so I couldn’t go there to talk, however, my sister did, and the guy a the shop was yelling at her, and not helpful at all. I called the shop 3 times and he did not return my call, he said it was his«right not to talk to me» I am beside myself and mortified with the customer service that was given to us. I couldn’t believe my eyes when my mother sent me a picture of her arrangement. Not ONE flower alive. all mushy and dead. I will NEVER use this place ever again. RUDE, DECEITFUL, ANDHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE.

A good friend of mine just lost her Grandfather after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s. I wanted to send her something beautiful to let her know that I was thinking about her. I placed an order with Centreville Florist for a purple and white Vera Wang inspired arrangement. My friend just received the flowers and said they were some of the most beautiful she has ever seen. She sent a picture of them as well and I must agree. Great product and great value! I have spent the same amount with other florists and have gotten just half the size of the arrangement that was delivered today. Great job Centreville Florist! This is the first time I have used your shop and I will be using you again!

My husband sent me a beautiful fall bouquet for our anniversary on Friday. The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement done nicely. The problem is that I am sitting here in Monday(just 3 days after delivery) and the flowers are dead. Considering the price paid, I would at least expect the flowers to stay fresh a week. Disappointed!

I am being generous with 3 stars. The space is small inside, which I don’t mind at all… but it was made smaller by dirty tables, unfinished arrangements, and stacks of boxes next to the counter. Yes, I went in on Mother’s Day and I’m sure they were busy all morning, but it didn’t make for a pleasant first impression. The lady that came out to ask me what I wanted also didn’t make a positive impression because she looked so unhappy. I felt bad just by talking to her and making her help me! Since there wasn’t anything I liked in the wall cooler, I asked for a separate bouquet arrangement to be made on the spot. I gave her some flower specifications and then stood there awkwardly while none of the other staff members gave any indication that I existed. When my bouquet was done, I thought it was pretty and loved the bright colors. It wasn’t until I left that I found bug eaten leaves and flower petals throughout the bouquet :( Trying to pay was also awkward because apparently only the owner can do credit card payments, and I had to wait until he was finished talking to another customer on the phone. I think they didn’t realize that I could understand Korean. when he hung up, it sounded like he was making fun of the customer that he had just spoken to. I decided on 3 stars instead of 2 since I went in on one of the busiest days of the year. When the owner did help me he was friendly, and the lady made sure to put a box around my vase and double check for sturdiness.

Received an absolutely beautiful arrangement! Nice variety of very fresh flowers. I would definitely recommend this florist.
