Chris is a terrible «manager». Took vehicle in, was told a part was needed to fix transmission, around $ 500. Gave him the go ahead. He called back and told me the whole transmission needed replaced and it was now going to be close to $ 3000, I told him I didn’t want it done there. Meanwhile he puts the one part in the vehicle, which did not fix the problem but still wanted to charge me. Why should I have to pay for a part that didn’t fix the problem??? Terrible customer service and they ripped me off! Then when I try to go to the garage to talk to him face to face, he keeps blowing me off, saying he had to go somewhere. So it was impossible to get a face to face conversation with him. The garage should have stopped when they noticed the part was not going to fix the problem and call me, not continue with the work and charge me.

I called and asked them for a part for my SUV, gave them the Year and what I was looking for to see if they had it. The guy that answered the phone said «Its iced over and if you want a part, you will have to come up to the yard and look for it.» Self Service. These people are back in the stone age. Don’t bother with them.
