Service has been going down there for quite a while. I’d rather go to Hardee’s anymore.

My mother always said«if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all!» Well mom, I have to defy you so I can warn people about the potential health risk of eating at this nasty restaurant. There wasn’t one spot in the whole visible place that wasn’t filthy, riddled with debris or stinky. I passed through to use the restroom and grab a bite but after looking around decided the risk too high. I turned and promptly left. I would be embarrassed to have to claim myself the manager and I hope someone in the food chain(pun intended) gets whiff(another pun intended) of this.

I figure the day you go into a McDonalds and the cashier scowls at you because her manager caused her to turn around and help customers, is the last day you should go there. The management there is clueless. As a customer service trainer, I found it laughable that while I was telling the manager that the experience wasn’t happy, that she was looking at the same, scowling cashier. Although it would not have been appropriate to address the employee’s attitude on the line, it would have been appropriate to remove the employee and have someone else take orders till the attitude was resolved. The manager on duty had no clue about how to handle the situation other than offer a discount which I declined.
