This is Store is located in the Woodbury Commons Outlet in Central Valley, NY. As soon as you come in to the store the customer service is outstanding. The customer service is not only when you are there purchasing your shoes. I just got of the phone with a rep in this store who went far & beyond in helping me resolve an issue. The issue was I was trying to return a pair of shoes at a regular Aerosoles retail store in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, NY and was told by two store associates (one who happened to be a store manager) that I could not return because I had bought at the outlet. When I called the Woodbury Commons stores the young lady that helped me said this is totally wrong & that I most absolutely can return at any store. She called the store that gave me wrong information to complaint and will be passing on the complaint to the District Manager. Best customer service. Service to the client like my experience today is what keeps the client going back to purchase from a very comfortable brand & would definitely come back to buy at this Aerosoles in Central Valley store in the Woodbury Commons Outlets & would not buy at the Bay Ridge store in Brooklyn, NY, because they don’t seem to know customer service or the store policies. WOODBURY COMMONS AEROSOLES HAS THE BEST STAFF!

Do you want to know what are the most comfortable stylish pump you’ll ever own will be? It is these shoes. I feel so much arch support and cushioning when I tried on these shoes. The prices here are awesome. Sadly, I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted: Black patent leather pumps. Oooh.
