So glad I read these reviews! I also called budget blinds and mike was there the next day to give me an estimate. i stated that I wanted to speak with my spouse before confirming the order and would call him later in the day. I left him a VM a few hours later saying that we would like to purchase and asking what he needed for payment info. 2 days later not a prep from him,. I called again and he picked up saying that I was on his list of callbacks today, but would have to give me a call in an hour or so. Again I said we were ready to purchase and I would wait for his call. 2 more days later I still haven’t heard anything. I’m now going with a company that’s 2x more expensive, but very reliable I can’t believe that mike is the franchise owner in NW denver and obviously doesn’t care about making money. My experience was, unfortunately the same as the last review, MIke was quick to measure, order and even deliver the order of blinds for most of our house, but once installed, and final payment given, he has not completed the broken or missing pieces. He is always«pleasant» and says he will be by to fix himself, but he no shows and now doesn’t respond to messages either. To add insult, the franchise is also non-responsive and asks the customer to fill out online forms, wait, follow up again with them, and no supervisors call back. BBB rating of F… I should have looked their first, along with Unilocal

My wife and I purchased blinds from Mike two and a half years ago for our entire home. The service at that time was great. Mike was extremely responsive and quick to get them ordered and installed. Recently, we had a flood that required us to replace four sets of blinds in our master bedroom. After my initial conversation with Mike, he promised to call me back the next day to confirm the order, give us a firm price, and set up an installation time. After four days of not hearing from him, I called again to speak with him and was told he would call me back within an hour. Two days later, still no response. I tried reaching him one more time, and was told again he would call me back within an hour. A week later, I still have received no response. I would not recommend this Budget Blinds location to anyone. If you have any sort of customer service/warranty needs past your initial purchase, you will be blown off. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau website. They have an F rating.
