This location get points for boasting the largest sized Kroger in N America. Seriously, it’s just too much. The variety isn’t different, just twice as much of the same processed low priced food. Now that We have been bombarded with false advertising about discovering local, I have been checking out different locations in search of local produce. I am is disappointed! They have lost my trust. It’s okay to be the low price option in Dayton, just don’t promote a false image. It’s not becoming. Kroger is a great chain overall, Dayton is fortunate, the stores here are much nicer than even Cincinnati but I just wish they would stop pretending to be something they are not.

Very nice store with a wide variety of premade food. Unfortunately the lady running the cash register at the café closed up for the evening while we were getting our food together. The disappointing thing is she saw us(my better half uses a cane) and I asked if they were still open. She said yes and closed her cash register anyways. She needs a lesson in customer service.

This is my favorite kroger. Their bulk foods and natural foods is the largest I’ve ever seen! Now for quality meats I would rather go to Dorothy Lane Market, but for the girl with a budget and time limit, this is the place for me!

Not a pleasant or productive experience. Yes, lots of variety, yes, big specialty departments — but in some ways, it’s just BIG, not as varied as you’d think. This is NOT Jungle Jim’s. My big beef is the crappy produce section. It’s not well stocked and it’s not clean. At night, the most-purchased produce looks like rabid zombies came through the place. Stuff like plain white cauliflower — not to be found. Empty shelves, and crumbs of vegetables everywhere. Also, the customers at this store are rude inconsiderate grabby Centerville a – holes. Every time, bar none, that I come here looking at produce, some low class moron pushes in front of me to grab something. Last time we came here some guy starts pushing my shopping cart away.

I must say I am a fan of the Centerville Kroger Marketplace. It is a very large store(there is a Fred Meyer Jeweler inside — not sure I am going to be buying any jewels while I’m shopping for pasta, maybe if I went to the wine tasting first… but none the less… knock yourself out if you are in the market for some new sparklers while looking for your spaghetti!) It is going through a slight remodel, to add clothes, which I have to say I am confused about. I am not sure what Kroger is trying to accomplish by adding a small clothes section. The clothes I saw this past Sunday, let’s say were not my taste. I am guessing they are now trying to compete with Meijer, Walmart or Target, but with one small section, I am not sure what the point is for that matter. They need to focus on what they do best… food, personal care items, wine/beer, pet items, etc. The produce section at this particular Kroger is da bomb! It totally rocks, I love the organic selection it is huge! Whooo hooo! This Kroger has a nice organic selection overall too. The whole store has a much better selection than the Kroger Marketplace here in Lebanon. The associates were very friendly that I encountered. My cashier was very pleasant, and the associate that bagged my groceries was extremely nice — even though it was very busy on Sunday. Thank you! Overall, the store is great and I will go out of my way 20 minutes to shop here vs. going 5 minutes from my house to shop at the Lebanon Kroger, which is a total wreck.

Yes, this store is huge — but — I can still get in and get out faster than at other Kroger stores, or competitors. They ALWAYS have a lot of lanes open to checkout. During the holidays, this store had EVERY register open and I was able to get out very quickly. One of the best areas of this store is their produce department. If you want quality produce, this is the place to shop. Same price as all the other Kroger’s but no comparison in regards to choice but mainly the freshness. Also, the store is kept quite clean. Keep up the good work!

So, based on my experience with Kroger, I believe I am on the precipice of a new, innovative technique to facilitate a full body cleanse! I call it, the buy pre packaged turkey sausage from Kroger cleanse! Worked for me! Bought turkey sausage, cooked it up with fresh veggies and at 4AM I was on my way to blissful purity! As I woke late that day, it was the only meal consumed. Therefore, I can ascertain that the independent variable of Kroger turkey sausage was the only variable influencing the dependent variable of cleansing to be appropriate. 100% guaranteed or your money back!

Put on your helmet and elbow pads if you’re going to this Kroger on the weekends. It’s *constantly* packed with people. I went at 11 on a Sunday morning thinking I’d beat the crowd… yeah, I was wrong. Anyways, aside from the mass of humanity, this store is pretty nice. You can find pretty much anything that’s on your grocery list(and, as one reviewer noted, a lot of things that aren’t on your grocery list). Oh yeah, there’s also a Kroger gas station at this location. Long lines there as well.
