Blinds Plus and More

1st set of shutters installed were all screwed up. One was incorrect fit AND not finished by manufacturer. The other was missing parts. This one was installed anyway and I was told not to touch or it might fall on me. I was told 2 weeks to reorder and make right. Now on week 14. Called 1st time after 3vweeks and was told shutters are done and will be shipped immediately. I was told it would be a week and it would be all done. Waited over a week and called again. This time was told exact same story. The shutters are done and "we're boxed today for shipping". Still waiting. Terrible customer service. Simple communication would make all the difference but they hide hoping you won't notice and then lie when you call just to get you off the phone. Will never use again or recommend.
