Buffalo Wild Wings

The 2 stars are for the service. Literally almost every time I’ve gone, they have forgotten something or messed something up. Last night was the last straw which led me to write this review. I asked for water with lemon and the waitress forgot the lemon. I asked for ranch with carrots. They forgot it, brings carrots and celery. I have to ask for ranch AGAIN. They forgot to bring the paper plates to put eaten wings in too. And the loaded fries we ordered were not loaded at all. If I were you I’d just order pick up from this place. I can’t even count the number of times the service has disappointed me.

I give this place two stars solely based on food, and the manager who went around asking people if they needed anything. Let’s just say my waitress Briana SUCKED. Asked if she could give us a couple of minutes to look over the menu, didn’t come back for like 15, went on break (at least had the decency to tell us that we were having another waitress) she sucked too. Came once and could care less if we actually needed anything, went back to gossiping with the others. Briana came back from her break and then came once (40 minute span) and didn’t come till we needed the check. She of course grabbed the money very quickly. Let’s just say I wasn’t too happy with the service, It doesn’t take a genius to waitress and I’d understand if the place was packed, but being a Tuesday night there weren’t many people. Please step up with the staff, I do like coming here for the food and environment.

Best wings in centereach. Great Service! Ate at JD wings a few minutes away was so nasty compared to bb wings. Stay away from jd wings! Disgusting!

I met some of «the guys» here after work for wings the other day. I was 30 mins late, as usual, but the waitress had JUST taken their order which considering there were 15 other people and a bunch of gossiping waiters/​waitresses in the restaurant is just unacceptable. It took a while for my drink order to be taken and I gave my food order as well, since I was unsure if the waitress would be back in between. I am glad I did that since she didn’t return until she brought my drink, much later. Overall the food was standard, I got naked tenders with a chipotle seasoning and a garden salad, but the service was subpar and it wasn’t due to the restaurant being busy… Being a traveler and going to BW3s throughout the US this was the worst experience and I will not be going back.

If you want to meet up with a group of friends, eat some wings, and grab a beer then this is the place for you. No complaints from this location.

BWW is a fun place to hang with friends. There’s a large variety of food on their menu, and a wide collection of sauces for their wings. I personally like the blazing sauce and garlic parm sauce (perfect spice vs nice). The prices are fair, and the workers are nice and fast servers.

Love the wings, but you have to go there and wait for them. If you call in a Togo order, they’ll quote you at 20 minutes, and when you show up in 10 minutes the wings will already have been sitting there. Nothing worse than soggy, Luke warm wings.

I have been here (centereach) multiple times. Though the last time I was here my experience wasn’t all that great. I understand it gets busy on weekends and at night because everyone goes there. Though service was slower than usual on a busy night, the waitress refused to give me an extra sauce with my meal, (the meal only included one). I even offered to pay for the extra sauce and she still refused to let me have an extra one. Didn’t seem like she was all in to please customers that night. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I probably will return to this location, just not on the weekends or at night. Better service is during the early afternoon hours, before 5pm.

I got a job interview here and the manager was a complete a jerk. I was so close to getting up and leaving during the interview. Never want to support this business again after that.

Boneless wings are a no-​go. The quality of food was quite poor. Servers were unexperienced. Will not be coming back.

I was given a gift card for a poorly made margarita. Although I would not get a top shelf drink there again because the bartenders are not experienced enough, it’s still excellent for beer and chicken wings which, if I think about it, is all I should be coming for anyway. It’s an enjoyable theme restaurant.

I called in a order and was told that it would be ready in 10 – 15 minutes I was there 15 minutes later. My food wasn’t ready for another 5 minutes and it came out wrong they sent it back to get it made correctly. I will not being back to this bww.

Boneless wings are better then the bone in wings. If you want amazing bone in wings the best on the island is phils in waiting river. The service is poor at bww at the bar. The bar seats are not padded which is weird but they were oddly comfortable for the first 30 min. It should be illegal to say grilled chicken sandwich when you cook it on a flat top. Grilled chicken means open flame and grill marks not the disgusting chicken pad I was served here. Disgusting. It’s no different then McDonald’s. Made me want to puke.

They have changed alot, too much sauce and even those I asked for my wings well done they were still soggy… BUT there new desert heat wings (ask for well done) were something special!

They changed their price from5.99 to 6.49 for a snack size. Their snack size also decreased from 6 wings to 5 wings. That’s a lot Buffalo Wild Wings. I still enjoy the food but still come on.

While I’m giving this BWW 3 stars right now, I want to note that I think the BWW has been on a decline for while now. In the past, I think I would have given this place a 5-​star. It had consistency: consistent flavors, consistent wait times/​service, and consistent pricing. However, over time, BWW has slacked on all these areas.
I used to think their Desert Heat was incredible, but as I’ve gone here 20 – 30 times, I honestly feel like the flavor has changed, or something about how they do dry rub now is different. The service has also gotten kind of out of hand – there are often long wait times to get a table, which is fine because this is a popular destination for sports fans, but it feels like every other time I come now, the wings take forever, even if it’s just a simple wing order (15 – 30 minutes). They used to compensate for this with service, and if it took too long, maybe even take something off your order, but I feel like at some point, this BWW just stopped caring. Maybe it’s the franchise as a whole, maybe it’s just this location, I don’t know – I don’t go to other locations.
Additionally, a while back they adjusted prices such that they measure order sizes by weight instead of number of wings, which is fine… they still understand the old amounts and the change is at most a slight decrease. However, they have become very inconsistent about giving celery and blue cheese/​ranch. At times you had to ask for them, sometimes there was a charge. As a longstanding customer, I don’t really appreciate the constant price testing they seemed to do, as I felt kind of duped for getting used to things being a certain way. Coupled with poor service, it’s often hard to get more dipping sauce when you want it, which leads to an overall worse dining experience.
Long review short, these days I don’t want myself wanting to go here as badly as I used to. For just about $ 20, I’m getting less and worse wings, poorer service, with really nothing to compensate. I used to be thrilled about coming here, trying to convince all my friends to come with me. I’m sure I’ll still come here now and then, but I’ve become increasingly disappointed the past year or two about how cheap and lax this place has seemed to become.
If you’re going to come here, get the wings… the other items aren’t really spectacular. I personally like the fries, which I’ll order as a side, and I often order the stuffed garlic mushrooms as an appetizers (another dish whose size has magically shrunk).
MY favorite flavors now are buffalo (dry rub), Parmesan Garlic. Older favorites included Desert Heat and Lemon Pepper. Personally, I think Traditional (bone-​in) wings are a lot better than boneless.
Honestly, I was originally going to give this review 4 stars, but after thinking about it, things have gone down to a 3, and this place used to be my absolute favorite place to eat with friends. I’m not sure if this place is worth it anymore unless you come here on Wing Tuesday/​Boneless Thursday, depending on which type of wing you prefer.
Welps, guess I have to start looking for a new wings restaurant. I’m sad to have lost so much enjoyment for this place.

Dear Person Complaining About The Noise:
This is why you go to Buffalo Wild Wings. If you need quiet there are many libraries nearby. Taxes are high on Long Island, I’m pretty sure there’s wifi at any location you pick. This is a bar!
The speakers are loud so you can feel like you’re at an arena. Not the sticks of Long Island!

This is what happens in this bar/​restaurant/​establishment. (Please keep your tiny humans home. I doubt there are booster seats. Besides there isn’t any room to squeeze between seats as it is. Strollers might be a stretch.)
Our awesome server Steven just rocked out tonight. My first ever visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings and he was a doll. Even when I just ordered a snack sized version of wings + 1 beer. (Hey, I had an old person to drive around. He opted for iced tea.)
Screens paint every wall.
The wings are ok. (I’d recommend eating them here vs. ordering them to go.)

Worst B dubs ever!!! Ended up walking out after waiting almost an hour for the food! We did get our artichoke dip, but it came out with stale chips.
FAIL!!!

My friends and I come here every Tuesdays for over a year while at Stony for 60cent traditional wings, now 65cents I believe. The service is always quick and accommodating for us. Honestly, one of the better BWW I go to. I usually order all flats and extra saucy so never a dry wing, yumm (unless you got dry rubs).
Beer and wings are great here for happy hour!
I always leave here full, satisfied and never spending too much.
Lastly, my favorite flavors: spicy garlic and asian zing!
Edit: they now charge extra for celery/​carrots/​dressing cause they went corporate :/​Dropping 2 stars; been coming here weekly and either the new staff are just aggy during the night or corporate training wasn’t helping because the staff has gotten meaner, barely checks up on you for refills (or forgets to get you refills), and seems annoyed to help when asked. The staff used to be a lot nicer and accommodating but my experience here has declined significantly because of poor customer service.

There is nothing special about Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s the same quality of any other chain restaurant. If you want fairly standard wings for fairly standard prices or a random assortment of other bar food, this is your place.
You can get a snack (5 wings) small (10 wings) large (15 wings) or party (20 wings) in the sauce of your choice. You can also do half and half if you want. The flavors are good but nothing to rave about.
The fries are pretty terrible and the burger is average.
