I’ve never eaten inside, due to the odd ambiance(which is more like a bar), and ordered sliced brisket. As the other reviewer mentioned: FATTY meat, so a trend has been shown for this place. Fat can be expected in BBQ, but not up to ¼ of the meat. The 1st time, I let it slide, but the 2nd time I immediately went back to ask for leaner meat or a refund and they refused both requests. In addition to this Unilocal review, I’ve let my local friends and family know — and word of mouth is powerful in small towns.

Weird cavernous space. Pool tables, air hockey, a stage, hardly anything on the walls. A few picnic tables. Rather surreal. Friendly folks, very limited menu. Ordered to go. Long wait Only customer waiting for food was I. Received food, returned home. Greasy fatty brisket. Two little ribs. Tasteless sausage– kind of. Not an undiscovered gem. Not a disaster, but almost. I hope this writing captures the feelings evoked by my experience. My recommendation should you find yourself near centerpoint-the middle of the road gets you nowhere. Keep driving.
