Feel this is a fine location. I have eaten in during the work lunch break and done takeout for dinner hour before. The staff seem efficient in making take out orders with giving ketchup etc without having to ask. The location always seems clean and I am a big fan of their sweet potato fries. Will be back :)

It is painfully obvious they have had a rollover on staff since school started back up. 2 bad visits in a row and not a familiar face in sight. New staff is rude and unhappy to be employed, food was sloppy and fries were old. Manager is still there running around cleaning and ignoring everything. I will not be back for my next burger out.

I haven’t been here in a while. It was good, but everything was ala carte and it was $ 10 per person for burger fries and a coke. Also when we sat down the table was broken. We moved to another and that table was broken. Finally, got to a 3rd table and it wasn’t broken. Again the burger was good. Fries were ok.

3 stars = AOK. And that’s what this place is. It’s Smashburger. You know what to expect and they do it. No better and no worse than other Smashburgers.

when your order is taken by a manager you think your safe right? well I was wrong last night. Deana took my order and apparently put a mans name down instead of my number. I watched as the other female manager with curly hair asked her if all of this mans order was togo. thought I was safe when deana replyed with yes. 30 minutes later with no food I went to ask what the deal was. the manager with curly hair was very nice in trying to figure out wat happened she scrolled back to find my order was wrang in 59bob instead of just 59. so my food left with bob! deana then came out and gave me my money back and shoved coupons at me but acted like she did nothing wrong. the other manager brought me food and was very apologetic about the situation definitely the only reason idbever come back to this location.

I had dinner here last night in which it was a classic burger and their fries in olive oil. I didn’t really think it was that great or that bad, but if you are looking for quick meal then you can’t go wrong.
The staff was very nice to us and the place was very clean. You might keep in mind that the food packs a lot of calories, so you might take a walk afterwards.
This is a good place for the family and it won’t break the bank if you take them all there. With drinks, we paid only $ 20 for two people, so bring the family.

Great to have a Smashburger in SouthGlenn. It’s great to have any new restaurant in SouthGlenn. It’s new, so it is clean and doesn’t yet have the Smashsmell. Staff are friendly enough, especially the ones that bring your food and check on you at your table. Food is consistent with other Smashburgers. I tried the Buffalo burger for the first time. It was better than expected. Not sure if it is a test run, or if it will remain on the menu, but it is a good change of pace. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with a classic Smashburger. I prefer the regular fries and onion straws over the Smashfries as I cannot stand rosemary on anything. To complete your meal, you can have a tasty butterfinger shake.

Why would you smash a burger? I mean that ruins it. BBQ 101 I don’t know why anyone would go here the burgers are terrible. I want a nice juicy peace of meat not an 10 dollar Big Mac. What can I say but terrible. Worst business model ever

We were excited about Smashburger going in so close to our house, but given what happened we’ll probably stick to Larkburger. My wife ordered 6 burgers to go (4 of them were build-​your-​own) and when she got home, we found that 4 of them were wrong and 1 of them was severely undercooked. And it wasn’t due to being busy, there were only a couple other people in the restaurant at that time.

I am happy that there is a Smashburger in Southglenn now… love their burgers. First visit to this location. Had a Great burger… but the Smash Fries were not so good. I was there after lunch rush and got the left over fries that had been sitting around I think. Not so good… otherwise the burgers are Great.

I am so excited that there is a Smashburger closer to me and another great addition to the Southglenn Area! The burgers are one of my favorites for the fast-​casual burger. The meat is always so juicy and fresh tasting and there is something I really like about the bun. Do yourself a favor and order the Smashfries and an Oreo Milkshake as well. This location seems like there is more seating than others I have been to and it feels less cramped.

Went there today for their VIP test run and it was excellent! The staff was amazing! Very polite, attentive and professional even the younger employees, which is hard to find! The food was fantastic! ordered the grilled chicken sandwich — perfectly moist and tender, and the smash fries. Thank you smashburger for treating me today!
