Pizza Hut

Messed my order up while I was ordering online and they fixed it painless and easily. Audrey, one of the managers, was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would come here again.

Ordered from here a few times. Usually we do a pick up, but on this particular night we ordered for delivery. Each time we’ve ordered they have been very busy. Placing an order for pickup yields a 15 minute wait, delivery is just over an hour. Each time they’ve taken a bit longer than that. I understand delivery taking up to an hour on a busy night perhaps, it’s okay. They were just a few minutes behind their estimate. The main problem is that the pizza was cold. I’m sure it was made 45 minutes earlier and sitting in a car for the rest of the time. What ever happened to those heating pizza bags?
Still. This is Pizza Hut. Its good. Really good. Just a few extra minutes in the oven and it was back up to temp and still pretty tasty. That being said, its a lot of money to spend, and waiting for so long only to receive a cold pizza.

Placed our order online at 6:23pm. Confirmation said we could pick it up in 14 minutes. That’s was sooner than I expected because we were planning on arriving around 6:55/7:00. That’s okay, it would be ready when we got there. Wrong. Arrived at 7pm and they hadn’t even started our order. They received it, just didn’t have it ready. It was reconciled quickly, however. The pizza is Pizza Hut pizza so it was great. Will use again, I just might call to make sure they see our order next time.

It was crazy-​busy at this Pizza Hut tonight, the kind of nightmarish rush that anyone who has ever worked in food service can relate to. Nonetheless, Rachel was friendly to every customer came in. She answered a zillion phone calls and was patient and kind to every caller. She was apologetic about the wait, and managed pressure from many directions with pure grace.
The cooks and delivery guys were hanging in there, too, and seemed to be working well together as a team. It’s easy to criticize when something takes longer than expected, but I have to give this restaurant five stars for hiring good people with excellent customer service skills.
P. S. Our pizza was hot and fresh, and my boys were happy!

Got a text from Pizza Hut for $ 6 medium pizza. Sadly after trying for 30 minutes could not get offer to work online. Luckily had another coupon from mailer for $ 10.99 large stuffed crust. Also tried to get this to work online and wouldn’t accept coupon.
Called to order since online system wouldn’t work. Employee would not honor either coupon, so frustrating! Terrible customer service. They made suggestion of another offer for $ 11.99 cheese bites and my hunger gave in and I placed the order anyway. They quoted 60 – 90 minutes, but to my delight they showed up in 45 min and the pizza was surprisingly delicious.

Ordered pizza for office meeting on a Monday. Nothing overwhelming, 6 pizzas. 1:35 delivery time. I care about our staff and will never have them endure this again. Order from somewhere else.

We’ve had good experience with this pizza hut before. But NOT tonight. We ordered at 6:45; they told us about 45min to an hour. At 8:25p we called and were told that the delivery guy is out with another order and they said they would check with the deliverer. It’s 8:35p — no answer, no pizza. Not using this Pizza Hut again.

Arrived late on Friday night and checked into our motel. we were hungry but last thing we wanted was to get back in the car (14 hours of driving will do that to you!)… and the only delivery options were Papa Johns and Pizza Hut.
We called this Pizza Hut and ordered a large thin crust supreme pizza, and were informed that it would take 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour had been and gone, I called back. guy said that his delivery guy was out with the pizza and had one other, perhaps that was the delay. Over an hour for two pizzas? Whatever the reason, he offered $ 10 off the pizza and we went back to waiting. It had been over 90 minutes when the delivery guy arrived, and he was fine about taking $ 10 off the pizza but he wasn’t handing it over until he got a tip. It was extortion, but we were starving by then so we gave him a tip and rushed to eat the pizza… that was the 2^nd mistake (ordering from here was the first).
The pizza was cold and nasty, and we would have been better off eating chips from the vending machine than trying to choke that pizza down. I’ve had two-​day old pizza that tasted better. Needless to say, it went into the trash and we regretted spending even $ 7 for that nastiness.
Next trip… either going to arrive earlier or hit the vending machines.
