Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews… I eat here about once a week and the staff is always nice and the food quality and portion size is always consistent. Keep up the great job! Just ate here tonight and the food was great as well as the staff on duty

The food quality and portions are fine if you dine in, but don’t expect the same if you want it to go. We have ordered food to go via phone and walked in, and both instances were the same. Portions were pathetic. The soups weren’t even halfway filled, the bread on sandwiches was tough and stale, and we received no dressings for salads. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

Great customer service and great food. Had ordered catering and they told us if we brought back the bag it came in we could get a free entrée. Went in and was happily offered, not one but two entrees with chicken and drinks! Completely on the house. Was brought out very fast and tasted delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I found a thick, black hair in my penne. I was told I could either have a refund or they would remake my dish. I didn’t feel much like eating any longer, so I took the refund(and the phony apology). Yuck!

Employees are generally nice and the food is always great but the place is always a mess. If they cleaned up a bit the place would be a 5!

The restaurant was filthy, and smelt like a dirty bathroom! The plates and silverware smelt like they were cleaned in dirty water and the noodles were hard… the place is a joke.

I love noodles SOMUCH my favorite is the Med Salad and this is the closest location to my home and I have eaten here countless times but let me just say this one is the WORSE. They cut their onions about half inch thick and LOAD them on I usually have to pick out most of them because unless you only want to taste onion you have too(someone slacking on prep work). Most salads have a romaine/iceberg lettuce base with some Arugula on top NOTHERE there is MAINLY Arugula and a few small brown lettuce bits mixed in. GROSS. Usually they do not put enough dressing so I ordered extra dressing on the side, my salad comes sitting in about a half inch of dressing again gross. They hire mostly kids there and I notice there seems to always be a new one at the counter taking the order, and most of them cannot take an order to save their lives, last night there was one kid in front of us and we stood there for 10 mins while the kid struggled to put in his order. There is also always some kind of after soccer practice dinner where the adults sit at one table and the kids sit at the other table, The adults NEVER and I mean NEVER watch their kids and apparently are not bothered by extremely loud screaming, kids running around, and throwing food. This happens about 4 nights a week. If you see this turn and RUN it is horrible! I will actually drive 15 mins out of my way to avoid this place. I advise you to do the same.

This place has become so bad that I joined Unilocal just to provide a bad review! I’ve always loved Noodles & Co. And other locations usually are not bad, but this Southglenn location just keeps getting worse and the management should do something about it as it brings down. The entire franchise. My most recent experience at 7:30 pm Wednesday: 1) Ordered 2 small chicken noodle soups, one large chicken noodle soup, and one small Mac & cheese. Oh, sorry, we’re out of butter noodles for the soup, what noodle do you want instead? Um, you’re a Noodle place, how can you run out of one of the most basic Noodles?! It’s called inventory management and forecasting, do a better job! This is the 3rd time I’ve had this exact experience in the last 4 months. Come on! 2) Asked for the receipt. I did this because a few(not once but a few) times in the past I received a small order instead of the regular or large order that I paid for. So I asked for a receipt. Oh, sorry, we’re out of paper to print that. Ok, don’t bother, but really? 3) waited 20 minutes for our food. Guess«quick service restaurant» isn’t literal. 4) got my chicken noodle soup, first thought? Why isn’t there any chicken in this? Yep, there was, looked like maybe a single chicken nugget was shred on a cheese shredder and that was it. Not so true to the picture on the wall that shows a hearty serving. So $ 19 and 1 hour later, I’m home making my daughters and myself sandwiches because we are all still hungry. Recommendation: lay off this place for a while until they get their act right. But don’t hold your breath.

We eat here whenever we are looking for a fast food option. Healthy choices, friendly service. Great for kids and adults as well. This Noodles offers wine for adults dining in house. Not bad and very reasonably priced per glass. You can now pre order on line if you wish to pick up your dinner. Casual, friendly and clean atmosphere. Good value.

I came here with two kids. One is picky(kid picky) and one has a good palate, but TEXTURALLY picky. I let them pick the place for dinner. We ordered: 1) Small mac n cheese: Not big enough for a 7 yo boy. He ate it all. Not as good as Diego Zhang’s(which is only a few feet away). 2) Buttered noodles: Not flavorful enough. But the 10 yo ate most of it. I think he wanted more parm and some garlic salt. 3) I ordered the thai hot pot. Not too bad. A touch of spice, a nice curry flavor, and the meat(chicken and pork) was nicely done. The huge shitake mushrooms weren’t that well prepared(stem part was still hard). About $ 25 for the meal. No drinks, no dessert. A great spot if you’ve got picky eaters and a large crowd to please.

I love Noodles & Co., and have been to them in several states. The one on Arapahoe Rd. is actually part of the Streets of Southglenn shopping area, but is off in the corner(the map is wrong, it’s actually west of University, on the south side of Arapahoe). This is part of the strip mall along with a bank, a nail salon and some other businesses. I love that there is a patio open for good weather, with umbrellas for friends of mine that like to sit in the shade. Also, not everyone knows that they serve wine and beer, you just have to ask! I love having wine with my macaroni and cheese!

Their soda machine is from space. Seriously. You stick your cup in this«pod» machine and then use a touch screen to choose your drink. You tap Dr. Pepper? Diet? With Cherry? With Vanilla? I feel like I’m from the 80’s and have never seen a touch screen before. Anyway back to the food. I love Noodles and Co. Their pesto pasta is always the right amount of pine nut and not overwhelming basil. Husband had the truffel mac and cheese which I snuck a few bites off his plate. There are just so many options on what to eat here, it’s a really good choice if you can’t decide where to go or if you’re feeling spicy or homey.

I love noodles & Company… I’m a gluten sensitive and it just so happens the people are more than willing to accomodate such needs, and do so with a smile, instead of the roll of the eyes and probably a a loogie’ surprise to go along with the feta cheese. Now, I understand it’s a hassle to change your gloves and use separate cookware, but try living with the problem. You basically can’t eat out anywhere, and if you wan’t something that is of any resemblance to normal food it will cost you 9 dollars extra and taste similar to a foot. What I’m trying to say is, I appreciate the effort. It just so happens some of their best dishes have the option of being prepared gluten free as well — such as the Penne Rosa, Pasta Fresca, or even the classic spaghetti and marinara(all prepared with rice noodles, of course). If I had to pick one I’d say the Penne Rosa is easily my favorite. I hope this will help someone out who struggles with food allergies and is tired of cooking everything from scratch…

This location is close to my apartment, but since I’m moving next month I doubt I’ll ever be back. There’s nothing wrong with the store itself, and some of the food is great, but most of the time it’s nothing extraordinary. Love the BBQ Chicken salad, though.

I went there for lunch and got the tomato bisque. The food is really good, however once I started to eat, a ton of schools kids showed up. Some had brought their lunches and the appeared to take over all the tables and were quite loud. Not to be dismayed, I went back the next day and got the same soup(YUM) and again all these kids came in. WHATISUPWITHTHAT? Does the manager serve school lunches, and why aren’t these children in school eating in the cafeteria? I would have given this place 4 stars, but the management did nothing about all these kids.

I’m always a fan of Noodles & Co., and this location is no exception. I’ve gotten take-out a couple of times. Service has always been friendly, and my orders have always been completely accurate. Their spaghetti and meatballs and mac n’ cheese are both good, but my favorites are the penne rosa, whole grain Tuscan linguini, and the Indonesian peanut sauté. Even though I’m not a vegetarian, I like that everything starts out that way and is so customizable. It’s nice to have a cheap option in the Streets at Southglenn. Recommended!

My 3 year-old just can’t get enough noodles-enter this particular Noodles and Co. who has a staff who genuinely seem to care that your experience here be a pleasant one. The young man at the counter, Steven, couldn’t have been friendlier, even when I produced a free coupon from the library reading program. Most people want to just get you through the line ASAP but he took the time to make sure this was perfect for my young daughter. Very smart marketing combined with training the right people! We will return to this particular store time and time again!

I recall when I first moved to Denver, having lunch with a friend who was a native, and him clamoring about how Noodles and Company’s Mac and Cheese is the best he’s ever had.(Ironically the only other review for this place says the same thing ;)) Over the years I’ve been here a few times, but I think I’ve always gotten the Pad Thai or some Asian dish which has always been passable and something I’d rate three stars. I finally tried it today, and I was unpleasantly surprised. This was one of the most bland mac and cheese dishes I’ve ever had. I requested some grilled chicken for it, got a tiny chicken breast that also had no seasoning. People, salt and pepper makes thing have taste!
