Always helpful, Go in atleast 2 times a week and always is helpful and can sometimes help for free! Good manners and always cares. Selling things for lower prices then most stores and can also gives small discounts with big spends! Sells almost every part for every car EXEPT for brands like Redcat or Exceed only known retail brands.

HobbyTown USA is the largest retail hobby franchise in the world. This branch of HobbyTown in Centennial is new, and stocks what hobbyists need. It has a large variety of plastic models, launchable model rockets (Estes and other brands), models and toys for younger kids, Pinewood Derby materials, and tons and tons of radio control planes, cars, helicopters.
I’ve enjoyed this branch because the staff is friendly and efficient. In particular, when my kid got a model remote control car from «Santa» and managed to break it almost right away through misuse, they gave me a 20% discount on a replacement: they didn’t need to, but they did. They also showed me how I could eventually fix the broken car myself with spare parts available there, so now we have two cars that we can race against each other. That’s good customer service!
They also have a display with controls where people can practice flying RC airplanes. They don’t mind when kids like mine come in and use the display for a while (with adult supervision, of course).
