I am extremely impressed with Fast Traxx, especially Eric! You usually don’t have great experiences with Mechanics, but this was a major exception. He went above and beyond to ensure my safety and not break my bank. I am beyond thankful for the service I received at Fast Traxx. They have gained a loyal customer!

Went here for an oil change in 11÷7÷2015 and would never go back. They tried to up sell me on multiple items which I clearly did not need. I also asked them to check my tire pressure and they did not.

The owner Jon is a great car guy and is capable of figuring out and fixing all kinds of car trouble issues. I highly recommend This shop.

Went in for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half someone comes over to where i was sitting and tries to sell me a transmission liquid flush, and other liquid changes. This person then proceeds to tell me that I am going to need new front brakes and hands me an estimate for $ 510. Brakes which were working fine before I went to their shop! I kindly decline all these extra services knowing all I needed is an oil change. When I leave the shop and drive the truck for awhile I notice that the brakes are a little shaky on the front end of the vehicle. The truck was not driving like that before I went in to the shop.

Frankly, I hate taking my car in to the shop because I don’t like the attitude of a lot of mechanics I interact with. For that reason, my car was really hurting for some attention and I brought it in after a family member recommended them.
I came in needing an air filter replaced and they did it quickly, made time for the things I forgot to ask about like checking a headlight and the tail lights (two of which were out, unbeknownst to me), and recommended affordable options for replacing some parts I’d need from the dealership. They didn’t try to up-​sell me, nor did they run the clock for labor. Here, they treat my concerns as real problems, answer all of my questions, and treat me with respect. I can’t tell you what a difference that made.
The hours are very convenient and they’re great about working with your schedule for things. They share space with a café in case you want a cup of coffee or something to munch on while you wait, so no creepy dark waiting room that reeks of tires and stale coffee.
I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Do yourself a favor and check out the services they offer and go there next time you need your car loved on.

I will always bring my car to Fast Traxx. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I can trust them to give me the straight story, which is rare to find.
They’ve always put in the extra effort. For example, I had purchased new wiper blades from an auto parts store and hadn’t had a chance to put them on yet. The technician saw them sitting in my trunk and offered to put them on for me without me even saying anything. That’s the kind of attention and service that keeps me coming back.
Please bring them your business! You’ll be glad you did.

Been going here for a couple of years. In my experience, Jon Hart and company do what they say they will and the prices are reasonable.

Called to see what the wait time would be to get an oil change, John answered and said 15 – 25 minutes, got there seven minutes later and the tech looked at me and laughed «about an hour» he said. Since there is no waiting area, I decided to try back later. Called later in the day to see what the wait time was, tech said he didn’t know, so I asked how many cars were waiting. He said he didn’t know, «just come by». If you’re busy and need a straight answer, your best bet is to choose a different company.

These guys are the best!
Don’t waste your time anywhere else, this is the place.

Fast Traxx is a great place for not only oil changes, but a lot of the routine work that any car occasionally needs. Jon, the owner, is honest and caring, and makes this business shine! I wish all automotive repair shops were as good as these guys as they are simply the best in every way! They also offer so many unique services including oil and fluid changes for transmission, differential etc., nitrogen for your tires, and a host of small to moderate repair work. Their pricing is more than fair and their turn-​around time can’t be beat… and if I lived on the north side of town, I’d still bring my car to Fast Traxx!

These guys are so good! They’re so fast it almost makes me want to keep them to myself and not tell anyone about them! They’re honest and straightforward and give great advice about any problem, even when a fix will involve going somewhere else (which they happily recommend other great mechanics). Also you can get a great coffee and awesome breakfast burrito in a bakery they share space with while you wait!

I bought my wife her dream car, a 1978 Mercedes 450 SL, for Christmas last year. I found it in a field in Elizabeth, where it had been sitting untouched for five years. It was a wreck and needed lots of work.
Because I know owner Jon and his family through youth football (our sons played together when they were little) I decided to bring the new used car here for service (help a friend, you know.)
Jon and his crew spent some time on the car, fixed her up, charged us a fair price, and recommended a Mercedes expert who could give us a better deal and do a better job than he could on the special needs of this old beautiful piece of German automotive engineering. He got her running safely, and recommended me to an expert who could take better care of her particular needs. What more can you ask for than that?
Take your badass machine to Jon — he’ll do right by you.

The owner is very nice and helpful. He gave e a quote of $ 350 to have some work done, and when I went in and paid he charged me less. It made my day!

I’ve been using Fast Traxx for probably 8 – 9 years. The customer service and the technical service that is provided is excellent.
I’ve had all my cars services here; this includes Ford, Pontiac, Mitsubishi, Toyota and Lexus.
Jon is the owner, and I believe he is one of the few mechanics/​service technicians that is completely honest. He doesn’t recommend service that is not needed. But, he does provide recommendations even if he cannot do the work.

I have been here twice now and both times they have been extremely helpful. The manager even fixed something on the inside of my door that was broken. He was so nice to take the time to help me out. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I knew i had put my car through the ringer, driving back and forth to California with no oil changes :(… I was moving to Denver and was desperate to get my car its needs met… so that I could get my emissions test that same day.
After going to Walmart and told to come back 6 hours later. i found this place by accident.
Went in, was WELL taken care of… didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of … was shown all my liquids and oils and was led to make educated decisions.
I sat next door where they have a nice little café to snack or eat or drink while you are waiting for your car to be serviced. I felt like I was in an out MORE than timely, and didn’t pay an arm and a leg for the services either…
Good experience, GREAT service personnel… I will come again :)

Got to agree with previous review; the service is good, the man that runs the place is knowledgeable and experienced way beyond oil changes, and I’ve followed his advice in several cases about pending repairs and possible courses of action beyond the scope of his service, and been happy I did. And the burritos are good, as is the espresso.

How has nobody reviewed this place??? I’ve been going here to get my oil changed, eat a delish burrito and sometimes get a pedicure for years!
I know that sounds like a strange combo, but let me explain.
Jon (the owner/​manager of Fast Traxx) takes fantastic personalized care of each of his oil change customers from when you give him your keys to when he explains why you DON’T“T need a new air filter but might want new windshield wiper blades.
While you wait go inside and have a perfect made right in front of you burrito and Jump Start that you can enjoy with either coffee or a wide selection of teas. Have a seat at one of the (smallish) clean comfy tables and eat with a fork and knife (if you ordered it smothered!) on a real plate! They also do lunch type foods as well.
Upstairs is Wild Hair (?) where you can get all types hair and salon options. I’ve only been up there once but was very impressed.
There is even a brake place in the same building!
