I scheduled an in home quote with Mark, the owner, and he never showed. He called me an hour and a half before our meeting to confirm. I left work early to make it to the appointment and he didn’t call me or show up for the appointment. I called him 3 times and left two messages. No response. Another unreliable contractor.
