We had our system installed about a month ago. I was skeptical but my wife wanted it so we moved forward. I was surprised at several things: –Coffee is less bitter –Clothes and skin are softer –Little to no water spots on my car when washing it –Bath towels that had a never ending wet smell corrected in a single wash –Clean floors with only water as mop water –Laundry smells much fresher for longer The folks we dealt with were so much fun to deal with. Our sales man Miguel was very kind, easy to talk to, and not pushy. The PR representative Kate was all the same as Miguel. The installer was professional and did good work. The only issue we has was our refrigerator started making ice really slow after the install. It ended up being a problem with my refrigerator and not CER equipment. They still came out and helped me with the issue no questions asked.

Total scam, they represented themselves as a non profit collecting water samples only to try to sell you a filtration system a few weeks later. The salesman was extremely rude and I asked him to leave my residence.

THESEPEOPLESHOULDBESHOT! The salesman Cody came by and stayed for an hour, after showing up an hour late. He decided we were not excited at the sink demo and packed up. He then said we don’t get our gift card since we didn’t hear all of his pitch. I was engaged and asking questions, and he seemed upset by it. We asked for a brochure to research and get back to him and he says, «I only give brochures to customers». The weirdest experience I’ve ever had! Do not bother with these people, their water filter system, while also raising red flags, is $ 7,000!(but you save $ on soap, Puh-leassse!) Very Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite.

Miguel F is listed as the contact for the company on Angies List. His amazing 5 star review should be removed. There’s some squirrely ethics for you.
