1st off, of you’re a candy store, remember kids are going to flock to your store. It’s the magic of being inside a store filled top to bottom with candy. However, if you ignore them and ring up other customers 1st, even though the little 2.5 yrs old has already placed her candy on the counter, that means you deserve the 1 star. :(Poor customer service and nope we will NOT be visiting again.
*FOLLOW UP: The owner was nice enough to follow up with me regarding the situation and how this will be a learning experience for his employees. The offer to come again is appreciated, but not necessary, so I changed updated the review to 3 stars.

First visit to ‘City Pop’ today and we were very impressed! We were greeted as we walked in and the young man took his time to explain to us how it works. We could sample whatever we wanted (generous samples too) and we could choose sizes and mixes if we wanted. After a fair few samples we chose ‘dark chocolate’ with ‘cookies & cream’ and also ‘Mac n cheese’ with ‘caramel’. The dark chocolate has a salt sprinkling which makes it so moreish. There is also a great choice of sweets/​candy from pick n mix to packaged choices. The popcorn is fresh and delicious and the service friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. We will be back very soon! Fabulous place.
