I have been going to Melanie for three and a half years and she is great, I have been doing laser treatments for rosacea and she is amazing. In fact total strangers, compliment me on my skin how nice it looks. I have refer Melanie out numerous times but tell people she books up quickly so you need to make your appointments in advance. She is affordable so everybody can feel and look good.

Their lasers do not work. Went there for over a year for numerous laser hair removal treatments and you could not tell i have ever gotten a single treatment. I still have ALL my hair and just wasted a lot of money. Do not go here for laser hair removal. I would not recommend going here for any kind of injections as well, they reuse needles. They sterilize the needles, but if you are getting botox or some kind of injection just know that they are not using a brand new needle on you… beware of this place

I have had three micro needles in the past in AZ and worked at a laser clinic that did micro needles so I do know what im talking about when it comes to them. So when I moved to CO I saw a deal on groupon for $ 83 for one I thought GREAT! When I got there for some reason the lady did not know what treatment I was doing even though we talked about it quite a while on the phone. When she took me to the back room she asked me if I would like numbing cream and if I did it would be an extra $ 20. When I said «you know we are doing a micro needle right?» She answers yes. I told her how can you get a micro needle without numbing cream she says some people do it but its extremely painful. WHAT! I have never heard of such a thing. Who would ever let their patients get that kind of treatment without numbing and then say we can numb you but you have to pay for it. I was outraged so I told them I would not get the treatment done. So just to make sure I wasn’t crazy when I found another micro place I asked them their thoughts on the matter and they were horrified any business would allow their patients to go through such a painful thing without numbing and then on top pay for it! I would not trust this place.

This is a great little spot for a facial. I found them through an online deal and was very pleased with my visit. There is nothing fancy about Belleza, but it is very relaxing and cozy. I would definitely consider them for other services, and recommend signing up for their newsletter. Anytime I have had a question about services or deals in the newsletter, they are very prompt in providing further information without being pushy.

I had several treatments here, and I WANTED to like it, but there were a number of factors that just didn’t make it for me. First, I never once saw them change the covers on the treatment tables. I arrived several times while the person before me was still in the room. They came out, paid and left, and I was ushered in. Same linens. Big ick factor. Second, Melanie talked incessantly about the kids she is raising — her sisters– and spent far too much time telling me what a bad parent her sister is, and how she, Melanie, has it all figured out. Um, maybe, but classless, and not why I’m here. Lastly, she twice burned my skin during a photo facial. It wasn’t just a ‘reaction’ as it didn’t happen every time, and was only in one spot, where she did it twice in the same place because she was too busy trash-​talking her sister. The second time (and last time I visited) was months ago, and the mark is still visible. You can see the hard line where the edge of the laser was pressed against my skin.
All in all, not worth the time or money. There are far better salons in town.

I absolutely love this place. Melanie really knows what she is doing and always does wonders for my skin. Great prices and just a great all-​around experience every time!

My 5 star rating is for the manicurist Kim Greer. She is very experienced and reasonably priced. The spa is clean and is set up suite style, meaning each stylist has their own private area to work in. I prefer this compared to the classic setup of a huge open area with a cacophony of conversations, blow dryers and scents all greeting you at the door.

I’m so glad I found Melanie. I actually came to her pretty happy with my skin but she gave me some advice that has revolutionized my skincare routine. Furthermore, on her advice I went ahead and did a photofacial and within a few days I’m shocked at my appearance. Acne scars, sun spots and skin unevenness that I had resigned myself to living with starting from the age of 14 – 16 are 80% diminished. I had huge parentheses lines on either side of my mouth when I smiled and now the skin is plumped up and evened out. I’m a tough critic but even I would say that I look 5 years younger. I’ll get the recommended course of photofacials and stay on the maintenance treatments because I’ve never looked better. Melanie is so very knowledgeable and kind. Also — she just hired my favorite injectionist, Becky Reece-​Porter! They are going to be the dynamic duo because even on their own they were A++. I’ve already scheduled my next visit!

Called to make an appt for the VI peel… Not only was Melanie super patient and sweet… (Because I had a million questions)… But she fit me in to accommodate my crazy schedule. She booked me with Veronica… Who was very kind and very knowledgeable. The peel was painless and I am BEYOND happy with the results. I can’t wait for my next appt… I am aware that with this peel, 3 – 4 sessions is necessary for the best results. I can see the results from just one and I am super excited to see my final results in the end.
My boyfriend is making his appt for the laser hair removal next. Yay! (-;

Melanie’s photofacial’s are the best! Her prices are unbeatable, she’s very knowledgeable and the facials give amazing results to fine lines, dark spots, and aging skin. So happy that I found her — I HIGHLY recommend!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA! The owner, Melanie, administered an IPL that has left visible scars on my face and now, I am seeing more after effects: wrinkles, orange peel type texture and pock marks. NEVER had any of these awful things on my face. I went in thinking that my skin would improve and now I look 10 years older! She refused to give me a refund, but instead, offered more services for the cost. Do you think I am dumb enough to go back to her? No way. I believe its time to file a complaint with DORA.

Looks like I am not the only one whose Groupon was not honored. I bought my groupon, set up the appointment, and was told to plan to be there for 2 hours. Veronica did the microderm and I added a photofacial. She rushed through the procedures so fast that I almost felt guilty for being there. Not sure if they were overbooked, but it definitely was not a good experience. For the 2 procedures, I was rushed in and out in 30 minutes.
On the plus side, I did tell Malanie what happened, and she did say that I could come back so she could honor the groupon, but I won’t be going back. I’ve found another spa to go to for my facial needs.

Yesterday I had a Great Photofacial w/​Melanie and I hardly felt a thing. I had a series done about 5 years ago w/​out numbing cream and it wasn’t necessarily painful, but it did feel like a constant slap series to my face. I found out about this place because I had seen it on I think weeklyplus or one of those deals and decided I couldn’t pass up this deal or 3 photofacials. Not to mention when you become a member because you’ve seen her, you get Great prices! I’m gonna be tackling my chest next. I have a lot of beauty marks and freckles I’m trying to get rid of, since I use to be a sun goddess back in the days. When I did it in the past, it got rid of all of them, but within 5 years I haven’t been able to completely avoid the sun. The procedure was great and so fast, I have my next one in about 3 ½ weeks.
She’s also Very informative in giving skincare advice for my daughter’s oily skin. I have dry and haven’t had oily since I left Hawaii’s humid weather. My duaghter is a tween and needs a different regimen. Melanie wrote down what was needed and I am going to be ordering the products from her. This office is a little farther than the spa’s I go to around my house area, but her work, prices and friendly personality is worth it. Besides, I have all the time in the world till lat Jan, when school starts. lol
You should check out the site as well because she’s got some good deals in the specials tab. Not to mention when someone’s is very attractive and gives you advice, I Always take it. Because in this business, you are the marketing tool just like a personal trainer should have a nice bod right?(rhetorical)

Had my teeth whitened with good results. Yes, I get my teeth whitened. No, I am not super vain. But I am vain enough to want to return to Belleza to see Melanie for some of her other services– her menu is very extensive, the prices are good, and I really liked the attention she paid me and her focus on results during my service.
