I haven’t been to this deli in awhile. The food has improved. The staff is welcoming and there is a small room to sit and eat in the back. There were many items on the menu, which I’ll have to try soon. This morning, I ordered the pork roll, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll. The sandwich was soft and tasty. Well worth the short wait. The place could be a little cleaner inside. Not sure I would dine in but take out seems okay.

This place has seriously stepped it’s game up in the past year. The new Chef is great and the food has never been better. Call ahead because this place fills up quick for the lunch rush.

I just stopped in for the first time this morning for a breakfast sandwich. This place is solid. The porkroll egg and cheese sandwich was pretty darn good and their coffee was good. And the people working there seemed very nice. Also, they have scrapple!

A real gem in the area for good deli, good rolls and great homemade daily specials.

Meh. It’s just okay. Came in around 5pm to a completely empty deli with the cashier(owner?) playing on his laptop. I was greeted with a grunt and nod of a head, nothing else the entire duration of our transaction, but its Jersey so whatever. I ordered a basic cheesesteak, fairly hard to mess up. Front clerk picked up a set of gloves that were sitting on the counter and began making my sandwich. Um, excuse me, would you please stop touching every counter, door knob, laptop and cabinet with the same glove that you are touching my food with? Better yet, wash your hands and be done with it, or at least change your glove when it becomes cross contaminated, for god sake, an entire box of gloves is like $ 4. I’ll give you an extra $ 5 if you don’t cause me to vomit after eating from your establishment. Also, the last thing I want to see as I bite into my sandwich are your feet, so could you also put on a pair of socks and shoes or is that honestly asking too much? The sandwich(after I got all the images out of my head and prayed real hard) was not terrible, definitely not great, but not terrible. I probably wouldn’t go back unless I was somehow stranded outside, unable to get anywhere else. Sorry guy, you were THE fail of this experience.

I always enjoy finding small little deli shops, and this one is spectacular! Super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I got their newly styled cheese steak and it was pretty good I must say. I also had the Italian wedding soup that was made by the owners grandmother, and it was down right delicious! The store offers the quaint, laid back atmosphere that salutes the days of grandma and grandpa deli nostalgia. The store offers free WiFi to the patrons and tables for those that need to check on emails or the news while waiting for a sub. If you just want to go to a place that is chill, relaxed, and away from corporate America, I would highly suggest this place as a get away.
