Stopped in here earlier this week to change my account information/​coverage. There was only one person staffed but he handled all of the customers very well and didn’t seem panicky or stressed out and was able to answer everyone’s questions. The wait for help was a wee bit long, not that I had anywhere to be, but I know some people walk in the door and want help immediately, if not sooner. Might not be able to expect that here (or anywhere for that matter).
They had a large selection of smart phones, but a minimal selection of «not smart» phones. Overall, it was a convenient and successful stop for us. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
