Pizza Hut

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!
I pre-​ordered from this Pizza Hut at 9:23am for an 11:30am delivery the same day. I needed it at 11:45am but ordered early because they’ve been late before. At 11:48 I called to see where my pizza was since it was already more than 15 minutes late. He proceeded to apologize and tell me about his horrible Monday and how all these orders came in at the same time — I DON’T CARE. He then told me they hadn’t even started my order. He offered to refund my pizza or deliver the pizza and not charge me. When I asked how long it would take to get the pizza he told me ½ hour. It was delivered 50 minutes later. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again!!!

I ordered a large Super Supreme and a large Taco pizza tonight. Both were ordered with hand-​tossed crust. What we got were two pizzas that in no way had hand tossed dough. The pizzas both had about twice the normal space between the edge and the start of the ingredients. As much as a 3″ gap in places. The Super Supreme pizza was at least edible even if it was missing a good bit of ingredients. The Taco pizza, well lets just say the last time I had such an atrocious pizza was at a Coralville, IA Pizza Hut around 1990 and I made the mistake of ordering it on the wheat crust. The manager blamed that atrocity on bad wheat flour that they made the dough with.
Remember the good old days when Taco Pizza actually had taco flavored chips on it? Apparently Happy Joes is the only pizza place that still does that. Pizza Hut clearly does not.
This particular location does not have a good track record in consistent quality pizza and I am tired of it. Pappa Johns is about the same distance away so they will be getting my future delivery business.
