Went to have my wipers checked was charged 75 bucks. went around corner and was charged 0. To replace wiper motor 200 bucks cheaper than Johns. Way over priced!

Very happy with the service we were given when we needed brakes on the car. Prices were excellent, service was great, and staff was professional and friendly. Felt good taking my car here and will bring her back for any future work that is needed!

Fast forward 2 years and 3 months. Remember that timing belt? I just had to get a new one after the water pump failed. I took their advice in 2008 and replaced the water pump at the same time. If I didn’t, they said the old water pump will usually fail after the timing belt is replaced. The timing belt drives the pump and it’s mostly labor costs to tear down the engine. Even though I replaced the water pump, it failed anyway. And the warranty on that water pump? Two years… go figure!
Well good ol’ Bob contacted the manufacturer and got them to give me a new water pump. I still got stuck with the $ 300 labor cost, but that’s better than the $ 570 or so total it was last time. I can’t fault the service garage for a bad pump, it was an OEM part after all. I’m just thankful that Bob went to bat for me and got some of the cost knocked off.

John’s has always been a fast, trustworthy place to get car work done. They tell you when you need something and also when you don’t — much appreciated.
