Guppy’s on the Go

I was a biiiig fan of Guppy’s unlimited wash club until I suspended it for a month then reinstated it. When I reinstated it they charged me the full price, $ 32.99 then never gave me a new card (which they said I needed), never contacted me to tell me why they never reissued a new card, never apologized for the troubles and never refunded my $ 32.99. I have talked to Devin (the car wash manager) and Keith (the GM) many times about this and nothing has been done. I have now been working with my bank to reverse the charge. It is a very good deal but it can only be a good deal if they actually give you the tools to use it. I’m very disappointed with Guppy’s and am still working to get my money back for a service that was never received.

Give some props to this local convenience store for taking down their cigarette yard signs. Their corner looked much better this summer and I’m grateful for that. I also appreciate that they make room for for a local sweet corn producer to sell his product each summer.
I challenge this business to change their gas pricing policy. I feel that advertising a «w/​car wash» price (in relatively fine print) is just misleading. As far as I can see no one else in CR does this. I know people who have been fooled by this practice. I would really like to patronize your local business but as it is now, I feel like it would only give credence to this pricing policy.

Its a gas station with a small liquor store inside of it. Service is fairly friendly.
