I’ve been here several times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I bought for my brother a pair of shoes a month ago and they tore somehow while he was at school. I was furious. I decided I’d call the store to see if there was anything they could do. I didn’t keep my receipt either. She told me to bring them and they could exchange them. I was beyond excited about this!!! I wish I’d known this a few months ago as my other brothers shoes, the rubber sole separated from the shoe after he got them wet. Oh well. Now I know. :)

Bought my nephew his first skateboard (complete) at this location and I reallllyyy wish I remembered the guy’s name who helped out but I can’t! Sorry Guy. But you were awesome anyway! Answered all our questions, was patient when we couldn’t decide and in the end, was very courteous!
