Their 3.5 stars don’t do them justice. This place has absolutely awesome staff and loved the help I got.

I have been using UFO Computers, to maintain three computers, for several years. At the beginning, as is the case with many new businesses, the service and customer service were great. However, during the past approximate one year, I have seen a rapid decline in the quality of service and customer service. In short, phones are not answered, calls are not returned, deadlines are not met and promised emails are not received. Their decline is disappointing, I really thought they had a good thing going for them. Aaron is a dud…

This company and staff are amazing! I had computer trouble yesterday, called their office and they saw me without an appointment on the spot. Anthony handled my computer problems in less than 10 minutes, explained everything to me without any prompting. As a side note, I am less than knowledgeable about computers and he spoke to me with respect.
At the end of the 10 minutes I was there, not only did he NOT charge me (unheard of these days), but he offered to help research computers for me to buy to replace mine and one for my daughter. I was very impressed from reception to tech support. Great place! Thank you for the help!
