Just checked out the store with the husband as we are venturing into the table top board game world. We’re avid gamers and we enjoy meeting good fun local folks and are always up for trying a new board games and local game shops like Titan Moon are great for venturing out and scoping out the latest and greatest games. Very good folks that run the store, we met Adam(co-owner with his wife) who was stocking the store with inventory duty but spilled details about his favorite games to play with some suggestions on what would be good based on our interests. We played Mysterium and spent 2.5 hours playing and getting set up with Adam helping us along with details. Along the time we got to see folks who were regulars as well as fun younger folks scoping out cool games, card collectibles, comics and much more! Awesome!!! They have pop figures, Nintendo, marvel, sailor moon, Dbz and more for you to peruse as well as the fancy ones(play arts) with lots of comics for a good bunch of recommendation from the folks working there. I really, really liked the intimate vibe and Adam mentioned they host with groups in the area meet ups to have folks play games and fun gatherings to have a good time on the weekends! They typically are pretty active and Adam even handed me a copy of GTM(Game Trading Magazine) which the board game shops get for free to get info for all the board games they can sell. If they don’t have it in stock, they order it for ya free of charge which I think is awesome too. Finally, got to see the store kitten which was just adorable!!! So cuddly and fluffy! Have to give them 5 stars all around for just a cool vibe and awesomely stocked inventory with amazingly clean and upkept store. Will be back!

I’m so glad that there’s a place like Titan Moon Comics up in Cedar Park. This is one of my favorite places to go to, along with Dragon’s Lair. This location is further up north and it’s nice not having to go all the way to South Austin to get your comic fix. The comic selection here is pretty nice and they have plenty of DC and Marvel Comics. They also have bag sets of old story lines in drawers in the back corner of the store. The main thing that drew me into this store are their collection of Pop Vinyls. They have a lot of pop vinyls ranging from multiple different sets(I bought my Super Saiyan Goku Pop here). Also, they have really unique animé collectibles/figurines here. I’m glad that they also have a focus on animé/manga. I love their naruto and dragon ball merchandise. Those are some of my favorite manga series and they even have the figurines from the newest movies(Boruto the movie and Dragon Ball: Resurrection F). Their manga collection isn’t as extensive as their comics but they’ve got a pretty decent selection. They have a lot of collected volumes of old favorites like dragon ball and full metal alchemist. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. They seem to know a lot about when the new comics and storylines are coming out. They are always super helpful and they’ll work with you to help you find what you need. I definitely recommend stopping by here to check out their awesome collection of comics, manga, and collectibles.

I am not a comic book expert but my son likes to go there & play card games. The owners seem very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the space provided for card games! First time I went there one of the owners gave me a little tour of the store, I loved it but again I am not a comic book expert but I am so happy this store is in Cedar Park! Tips for moms: there is a mani/pedi place next door. I keep thinking it would not be a bad idea to go there while my son hangs out at Titan, if I go I will post a review of that place as well :-)

I haven’t frequented comic book stores in a while to say the least. I had been used to grungy places in my youth where I dragged my mom to take me in middle school. But I met up with a couple friends here a few times in the past few months, and if it were still my thing, this would be my comic shop of choice. They have tables for playing Magic cards(this night), plus snacks and drinks to purchase. So it’s a little more social than things used to be in comic stores of old. Even a kids table. Place is run by a two or three family members, and they’re genuine & chill. They seem to know their comic/manga/magic/D&D stuff(best I can tell), and can even talk some metal music and bad 80s movies(more my style) while you wait on your friends. While I waited on my peeps, Kent and I discussed our affection for Iron Maiden. w00t!

Perfect timing! I’m just getting deep into graphic novels, and then these awesome guys show up. And right around the corner, too. I have to start this review by gushing about the customer service. Kent, who I believe is the owner, greeted me right off the bat. He’s a very chill, friendly guy who can talk about anything from comics to movies to video games to ice hockey. He even congratulated me and shook my hand when I mentioned I had just graduated from college! I asked him for recommendations similar to The Sandman or Saga, completely unaware of what I was about to get myself into. Before I knew it, I had a stack of titles in my hands, Kent’s(nearly) identical brother Adam heaping on more, and Amanda calling over suggestions from the front desk. Among the titles they recommended to me were Preacher, Rat Queens, Revival, Copperhead, Marvel 1602, Fatale and The Fade Out. These all fit into my love of Gaiman, Noir and kinda off-mainstream media. These people really went out of their way to introduce me to some great work! The store itself isn’t all that big, but it’s efficiently stocked with a good selection. Think of it like your own neighborhood Dragon’s Lair. They have all kinds of comics and graphic novels, from Marvel to Gaiman to Very Indy, trade volumes and paperback single issues. There’s a rack with $ 1 issues, and another purely for local comics. They also have other stuff on sale, like figurines, clothing, gaming sets, as well as full-size replicas of the Gravity Gun from Half-Life 2, and the SkyHook from BioShock Infinite. I think there were some people having a Magic: The Gathering session at a table towards the back. I originally went in to just mosey around, but left with the first issues of Fatale, from the $ 1 rack, and The Fade Out, for $ 3.50. Kent, Adam and Amanda were friendly and helpful as can be, and everyone said goodbye on my way out the door. I really like that personal level of service, and I’ll definitely be coming back next week, armed with my paycheck.

Nice new comic store in Cedar Park. They have as good a selection of kid-friendly comics as I’ve seen(which is great), plus lots of other titles. They also sell RPGs and collectible card games and such, and the owner, who was super nice and welcoming, says they’ll start game nights at some point(they have a few tables set up already). He was knowledgable about D&D next and that sort of thing as well. Very nice, clean store, will definitely be back. I love it that it’s within easy biking distance for me, too.

Really like this store when you walk in you can tell its new and still growing which is a great thing! This is the kinda store you can grow with and get to know everyone and make your comic store which is something that I feel isn’t possible with the big 2 comic stores in Austin. I look forward to visiting this store on a regular basis and can’t wait till my next visit!

This place is great. It just opened recently. I had the opportunity to drop in yesterday and pick up a few books. Met the owners who are two brothers. They were really cool, down to earth and very helpful. They actually approached me and wanted to hear what kind of comics I was into. They have some good deals too. I’ll definitely be back. Check out their facebook for any upcoming events and deals.

I was thrilled to see a comicbook store in this area! So happy because I’m moving right down the street and won’t have to drive 20mins to a decent comicbook store! I went in just to check it out and I was really pleasantly suprised! It’s a smaller store, but with a wonderful selection of comics and the woman behind the counter was so helpful! Even though I went in just to look, I ended up purchasing a few comics and an action figure. So happy I spotted this place!!! I will be visiting Titan Moon again and again.
