The Disney Store

Very clean and the people genuinely want to help. It’s also an old purple and green store (which is a dying breed of disney stores).

Friendly and helpful. The store may be small but it has a great selection. It’s a fun place to visit for sure.

I just watched the VERY rude manager of this store make a 5 year old girl cry. Her dad put the girls name on the ticket for the Elsa dress drawing and when she won the drawing the manager wouldn’t let the girl have it because she wasn’t 18. She actually ripped the ticket up in front of the girl. What a HORRIBLE person. Nobody explained the rules to this father when he can in and I feel really bad for his little girl.

The kids love this store, obviously, even though they show remarkable restraint. Often it’s enough for them to just look at stuff – half the time they don’t even ask us to buy anything. But there’s always a sale of some sort, and the merchandise is fun and cool. But when’s there going to be Star Wars stuff? Come on!

This place is great. I love disney store.
I would normally give it a 4 or 5 however the staff is a bit rude and condisending.
There is older white lady that is a manager that is just rude. The way she talks down to you makes you wonder how she talks to you if you work under her. She tries to be sweet about it but it comes off as rude.
I love coming here because they usually have good sales as being an outlet it is good. I found sandles for 1.99…how great is that!!!
Other then that i would rate is higher… but the management makes it not fun.
They also look at you up and down as if your trying to steal something. I get that they might have a lot of theft their as they are so busy but not everybody steals…

Its the Disney Store!!! They sell Disney-​ish things and play Disney movie clips and videos! My kids love this place and so do I! They normally have good sales and pretty good prices on stuff and things! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

I’ve always liked this location. Very friendly staff, and the location is always clean. They seem to take a lot of pride in keeping the store presentable. That seems hard to do given that kids naturally want to play with everything.
So is this the only Austin location still open?
