I’ve been going to Texas Spine & Injury Center for almost 4 years. Dr. Smith is professional, efficient, and very good at what he does. He keeps my body operating at its fullest potential. During my time here, I continue to see familiar faces, indicating that Dr. Smith has a long list of satisfied clients. I attribute that also to his excellent staff. Each time I arrive, I’m greeted by Jenn. She takes care of my insurance issues, schedules my appointments and makes me feel less like a patient and more like a friend. It’s rare to experience both, a professional environment AND a personal touch, but Texas Spine & Injury successfully maintains that balance. Of course, I can’t leave this review without mentioning my massage therapist, Sue. Highly recommended by a friend of mine, she’s the reason I came to TS&I in the first place. Sue is nothing short of a miracle worker. Whether I need relaxation or intense work, she has helped me with countless injuries. And during my cancer diagnosis, I can honestly say that the hour I spent with her each week was what kept me sane during treatment. Love these folks – and they’re an essential part of my overall wellness team.
