The kids working during the summer seem more concerned with talking to each other than serving us. Kind of a bummer.

The manager of this subway treats you like you’re a queen. He really listens and acts like he cares about your sandwich. Great place and fast service.

Great service today! Great meat portions and friendly speedy service. Exactly what I want when I come to Subway.

As a person who has worked in sales, marketing, and customer service, I feel the need to write a review for this location of Subway. My first experience with this establishment was a panicked phone call at 9am, having an event scheduled for 12:00pm, and asking if I could possibly get a party platter. The manager, Justin («Jay»), explained to me that they usually can only do party platter orders with 24 hours notice, but promised that he could provide my platter. When I came in, 15 minutes early, the platter was already prepared and ready to go! He included mustard, mayo, and olive oil packets. To top it off, Jay even offered to bring my party platter to the car– being somewhat clumsy, I was very excited to have some help!
Fast forward to today– I had another last minute event come up, and called yesterday asking for Jay. I spoke with Kristopher on the phone, and he was polite, friendly, and extremely accommodating. He gave me the phone number for Jay, and assured me that we could work something out. Upon calling Jay, I was not only assured that I could order my party platter, but also found out that I was calling Jay on his cell phone– this tells you how much Jay and his employees care about their business. I am impressed and astounded that I was accommodated in this manner, and that I was actually given a direct phone number! When I picked up the platter today, everyone was so sweet, polite, and helpful. The girl behind the counter (I didn’t get her name, but she had fabulous pink hair!) chit chatted with me while they opened the store up, and Jay, again, had my platter ready and helped me out to the car. I was also given some options for future orders (3 foot subs! AWESOME!) and was just genuinely impressed with my experience. It is rare to see people who so obviously care about what they do, and care deeply about their customers, which is why I am writing this review.
I also want to note that I sampled some of the subs from the platters I bought (working long events makes you hungry!), and they were delicious! The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. I got a lot of compliments from the participants of my events about how delicious the sandwiches were as well. I will continue using Subway as my «go-​to» every time I perform an event, and will stop in for lunch when I’m in the area. As a side note, their double chocolate cookies are possibly the tastiest thing I’ve had in a long time– I’ve been holding strong with my healthy eating New Year’s Resolution, but those cookies are worth an extra couple minutes on the treadmill any day!
Jay and staff– thank you all so much for being so accommodating! I appreciate your assistance and willingness to work with me and my large orders. You all have earned my business 100%- I promise I will be better about giving 24 hours notice on my party platters!

The service was slow and the bread was not fresh. However the restaurant was clean

It is a subway so I don’t think I need to give much detail with regard to the food. I had a horrible experience here when they could not get my order right, over charged me for my meal and put on so much mustard I had to scrape some off with a napkin. I sent an email to the email address they have posted on the wall whish is ironically
… No one e-​mailed me back so clearly they care a lot…

This location is just around the corner from my house. So it is convenient. So for a quick meal, I stop in. What amazes me is after they opened they had the same staff for three month stratight, then EVERY time I go since then, different people working.
So on to the review. I usual go during off meal hours to avoid the lines. Unfortunately it is when the staff blasts the music. My question is if you can’t heard what I am ordering and have to ask me to repeat, don’t you think they would lower the music… Duh, common sense.
So after yelling my order. Foot Long Sweet onion chicken teriyaki, italian cheese herb bread. The prep begins. Cheese: provolone, Toasted: yes, please, toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, black olives.
Meal Deal, chocolate chip cookies not chips. The price is less than ten bucks. Good deal for two meals as the sandwich is big enough.
Taste is good not great but for the price not bad. If your ears can handle the noise level.
