Just purchased a new mobile device from Sprint .The manger Ryan and his assistant Laura were very friendly and helpful. They helped me pick the perfect product for my needs. We would definitely come back in the store to make future purchase.

I cannot write or say enough to Thank the Assistant Manager, of this Sprint location, David King I had previously been with AT&T and switched to Sprint because of this Gentleman. He was kind, professional and knew what he what he doing! He provided me all of my options and will be saving me tons of money in my future! I would highly recommend Sprint to any and every person! And I especially recommend this store and David King! I hope Sprint knows they have the Best Assistant Manager I had the pleasure of doing business with in my entire life. I work in customer service myself in the Mortgage Industry and superseded all of my expectations as to how customer service should be provided. So, Thank You David!!!

David, David, and Roman are AMAZING! I had the WORST experience with Sprint between Saturday and today(Monday) I was fed up but these guys really made my day. My sister and I walked in, both employees busy but quickly acknowledged us. David(manager) was very hospitable(water, juice, crackers, Capri suns, etc…) while we waited. He genuinely cared about my frustration with Sprint and went above and beyond to help me with no hesitation. Roman tended to another customer with the same level of respect and professionalism and when he finished we all had pretty good conversation(my phone was taking a while to restore lol) the other David(Ast. Manager) came in and helped with the restoring process. He was very sociable but maintained the same level of professionalism as the other two gentlemen. If I didn’t live so far I’d definitely make this my official sprint store. Thanks guys!!!

Updated as they finally fixed my bill for the error. I do like that they seem to really work at earning your business.

Started a new 2yr plan here, everything was great for a week. My new phone started having issues so I called and they told me to call another store, called that store and was told to go to the first store I called(this store). Went to the store and a man named Daniel Uresti was very unhelpful and said«all smartphones have bad batteries» which I know is false, and said there was nothing Sprint could do. Ended up going to a different Sprint store and had the phone replaced without a problem, they even offered to replace the screen protector that was on my old phone and put it on the new one. BTW: Since getting my phone replaced, the battery has given me no issues, 6 hours since I’ve got it and have only use 7% of the battery. With my old phone I would have already had to charge it by now. Sprint seems to have a good network, and MOST of the stores and employees are great, however, not this one.

It appears as if a new Sprint store has popped up in the shell that was Gordon’s Jewelers in Lakeline Mall. Since I still use a BlackBerry that was probably considered cutting-edge around the time of the Norman Invasion, I’ve been seriously looking into upgrading my phone. Plus, I want to be able to check in on Unilocal, and give quick tips as I run amok in Austin. It’s a pretty bare bones shop, with a decent selection of mobiles, and a sofa and chair functioning as a waiting area. Perfect for uninterested friends or family along on an errand. Or children. A woman and her child were ahead of me, and the manager assisted her while I poked around the new HTC Evo. I suppose I turned it on, but as soon as I did, it started to play that song from the end of «Juno» at full volume. Startled, I finally found the volume control, but not without whoever it was singing a few bars(I had to Google it – The Moldy Peaches’ «Anybody Else But You». Gah, what a pretentious movie.) The manager, Shawn, came over and asked how he could help. I started asking the usual questions: How does this compare to an iPhone? As a BlackBerry user, what am I gaining? Is there an OtterBox to go with it?, etc. etc. etc. Shawn had all the answers, and quickly and succinctly described why the phone would be a good match for me. It was the phone he used personally, and he pulled it out to show me a couple more features such as improved voice texting. It helped that the woman in the store with me also owned the same phone, and vouched for its superior features compared to that of HER friend’s iPhone, That was really helpful, since I like to hear from people with no stake in the matter. Speaking of unbiased opinions, Shawn gave me the website , which he said was a neutral tech blog that compared the two and doesn’t aim to push a consumer in either direction; it just gives the facts. Nice. Sort of like a Unilocal for tech gadgets, and I appreciated that. As someone oblivious to the cell phone plan I’m on, Shawn went out of his way to search and see what my options were in terms of securing an upgrade. No rush, no trying to wrap it up and get us out. He took his time and was very willing to go the extra mile. It’s so funny on the heels of such cruddy service down at GNC, my faith can be restored in a matter of minutes just a couple stores down. It was like night and day. He gave me his card and said he’d be happy to help once I made my decision. With service like that, you can bet that I’ll be heading back to this particular Sprint store to make sure I trade with Shawn. Very nice guy, and one of the most easy going experiences in a Sprint store I’ve had in some time. Seriously. Compared to other visits… definitely the best.
